Absolutely a game changer in the world of crafting/die cutting. Wore the original magnetic mat out after nearly two years of constant use. Purchased two new mats so I have one on hand, just in case. LOVE these magnetic mats because it keeps the die perfectly in place while cutting. No need for tape or any other adhesive to keep the die in place. And yes, I use the mat as my "cutting plate", which saves my clear plates from being scarred. I will say after two years of constant use, the magnetic plate flattens and warps - but - it is still usable!! The only thing I don't like about any cutting plates, magnetic or not, is that they "scar" the card stock after going through the machine. To avoid this, I simply cut the card stock to the approximate size needed to fit the die. AND - if the die is a solid, I place a folded piece of copy paper over the die/image before cutting. This will reduce the scarring of the solid image. Overall 100% satisfied with ALL things Anna Griffin. GREAT products for the money!! Thank You!!
Great quality magnetic mat and plates!
Love these mats they last for a long time. But I do a lot of die cutting so always want to have a new on on hand if I need it.
