Overview

The Anna Griffin Rewards Program is our way of thanking customers for shopping with us. Members earn reward points on eligible purchases made at AnnaGriffin.com and may redeem those points for reward coupons that can be applied to future purchases.

Participation in the program is free and available to customers who create an account on AnnaGriffin.com.

By participating in the Anna Griffin Rewards Program, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

How Rewards Work

  • Earn 2 points for every $1 spent on eligible purchases
  • Redeem 1,000 points for a $5 reward coupon
  • Redeem 2,000 points for a $10 reward coupon
  • Redeem 5,000 points for a $20 reward coupon

Reward coupons can be applied to future purchases made on AnnaGriffin.com.

Minimum Purchase Requirements

Reward coupons are subject to the following minimum purchase requirements:

  • $5 reward coupon: minimum order of $50
  • $10 reward coupon: minimum order of $50
  • $20 reward coupon: minimum order of $100

Minimum purchase thresholds must be met before taxes, shipping, and other charges.

Eligibility

The Anna Griffin Rewards Program is available to customers who create an account on AnnaGriffin.com.

Customers must be logged into their account at the time of purchase in order to earn reward points.

Points are only earned on purchases made through AnnaGriffin.com.

Earning Points

Members earn 2 reward points for every $1 spent on eligible purchases.

Points begin accumulating on purchases made after the launch of the Rewards Program and do not apply to purchases made prior to the program start date.

Points are typically added to the customer’s account after an order is placed.

Points are not earned on:

  • Gift card purchases
  • Taxes
  • Shipping fees

Anna Griffin Inc. reserves the right to adjust point balances if points were awarded in error.

Redeeming Points

Reward points may be redeemed through the customer’s account to generate reward coupon codes.

Reward coupons:

  • May be applied during checkout on AnnaGriffin.com
  • Cannot be redeemed for cash
  • Must meet the minimum order thresholds listed above

Once points are redeemed, they will be deducted from the customer’s account.

Coupon Restrictions

Reward coupons:

  • Cannot be combined with public promotional codes
  • Cannot be applied to gift card purchases
  • May be limited to one reward coupon per order

Additional promotional restrictions may apply.

Points Expiration

Reward points expire 12 months after they are earned if they are not redeemed.

Expired points cannot be reinstated.

Returns & Adjustments

If an order is returned or refunded, the reward points earned from that purchase may be deducted from the customer’s account.

If a reward coupon was used on an order that is later returned, the value of the reward coupon may not be reissued.

Account Responsibility

Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login information.

Reward points:

  • Are non-transferable
  • May only be used by the account holder
  • Have no cash value

Program Changes

Anna Griffin Inc. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Rewards Program at any time without prior notice.

This includes, but is not limited to, changes to:

  • Point earning rates
  • Reward values
  • Redemption thresholds
  • Program eligibility

Fraud or Misuse

Accounts suspected of fraud, abuse, or misuse of the Rewards Program may have points revoked or accounts terminated at the discretion of Anna Griffin Inc.
