Empress Mini Extra Long Magnet Mat

A brand new magnetic mat always makes such a positive difference in the die cutting & embossing results through the Empress die cutting machines. I prefer to place the cutting dies face down into the magnetic mat. This arrangement, though not included in the Empress machine's instruction booklet creates a deeper engraving & saves the clear plastic plates from damage. I also think this arrangement keeps the dies sharper for a longer amount of time. I used my previous magnetic mat in this size set for 2 1/2 years & wore out both sides of it before it became too thin. I usually reserve & use this size with the slimline die sets in my die collection but they will cut any size die that are able to fit upon them.. This mat is compatible with the mini, the original & the Empress Elite. I am thrilled with the quality cutting & embossing details this new mat has created through the Empress machines. I noticed a much deeper engraving
using the 3D metal dies with a brand new magnetic mat. A much more beautiful result. I recommend replacing your magnetic cutting mats as often as you can afford to & have a spare on hand too for each size of your plates sets. Happy die cutting everyone!

I enjoy the excellence of your products and am very happy with how little space the “Mini” takes up. The longer plates give so many more options saving not only space, but time & effort which can be applied to the actual crafting.

With the extended plate set I rarely have to bring out a full size die cutting machine. It is especially useful for cutting sentiments.
