Anna Griffin Inc. currently ships all orders using USPS, UPS or Fedex from Atlanta, GA.

Standard Orders are typically processed between 2-3 business days. Orders shipping to Canada are shipped within 3-5 business days.  Personalized printed orders are shipped within 5-7 business days.

Flat Rate Service will take anywhere from 2-7 business day to deliver once shipped
If you select Expedited Service, standard orders will be delivered within 2 business days as long as your order is placed before 12pm EST Monday-Friday. If you select Expedited Service on personalized printed orders, your order will be shipped UPS 2nd Day when ready to ship.

Orders shipping to Canada will take anywhere from 7-10 days to deliver once shipped.

Empress Elite

I wish I had ordered the small plates when I ordered the Elite and long plates, but have since ordered the small plates. My only negative about the Elite is I thought it would allow 3D embossing folders to go through the machine for embossing, and it does not.

Fantastic!!!

I love the dust cover for my Empress Elite!
When I first saw the price of it, my first thought was that this is really expensive for a dust cover. However, I do know that Anna Griffin puts out high quality products and sometimes you just have to spend the extra money. I'm glad I did as it is extremely well made and worth the price.
