Standard Orders are typically processed between 2-3 business days. Orders shipping to Canada are shipped within 3-5 business days.  Personalized printed orders are shipped within 5-7 business days.

Transit times will vary based on the destination.

Flat Rate Service will take anywhere from 2-7 business day to deliver once shipped
If you select Expedited Service, standard orders will be delivered within 2 business days as long as your order is placed before 12pm EST Monday-Friday. If you select Expedited Service on personalized printed orders, your order will be shipped UPS 2nd Day when ready to ship.

Orders shipping to Canada will take anywhere from 7-10 days to deliver once shipped.

A little disappointed

I was expecting a little more heft in these letter dies. Also, it would be nice to have had some idea as how to adhere these very thin results.

Thanks for your feedback Emily. We suggest applying edge to edge adhesive (like Xyron) on the back of the cardstock before die cutting. That way when the letters are cut out, you can peel of the adhesive backing and stick the letters to your project.
