Your Create 10 event ticket includes access to our private event platform, ensuring your spot in all live instructional classes. Your craft kit will be packed with essential products and materials for nine unique projects.  

To get the most out of your crafting, please have these basic tools ready: a die cutting and embossing machine with large and small plate systems, double-sided adhesive, liquid glue, hot glue gun, self-healing cutting mat, craft knife, ruler, pencil, bone folder, scoring tool, scissors, and a weeding tool. 

You'll need a valid email address, reliable internet connection, and a computer or tablet to participate. For exciting sneak peeks of the materials and projects, follow our blog and social media updates as the event approaches! 

Securing your spot is easy! Just click on any of the 'Buy Ticket Now' buttons found on this page and you can proceed to checkout. During this process, you'll need to provide your email address to receive important event updates and your mailing address to ensure your Create 10 craft kit is delivered to you. 

Event kits will be shipped to attendees in the US and Canada in mid-October. Payment will be collected at the time of purchase. For added convenience, you can choose to pay for your ticket in installments using Shop Pay* — just select the blue 'Shop Pay' button to explore your payment options during checkout. We also accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Google Pay.

We'll send your craft kit well ahead of the event on November 8 and provide you with tracking details so you can eagerly anticipate its arrival. If the tracking status indicates 'delivered' but you haven't received your package, please check around your delivery area or with neighbors first. If it's still not found, contact the shipping provider (e.g., UPS) directly for assistance. Should you not receive any tracking information or if other issues arise, don't hesitate to reach out to our friendly customer care team for support. To ensure smooth delivery, please provide your most reliable address when purchasing your ticket. If you need to update your address after your purchase, simply contact our customer care team, and we'll take care of updating your details for you.

No previous experience is required to attend our event, making it perfect for everyone from beginners to seasoned crafters. However, having a basic understanding of paper crafting, such as card making, can enhance your experience. While our projects and classes are designed to be accessible to crafters of all skill levels, please note that you will need access to additional tools and some techniques may be more advanced. We encourage you to prepare by watching our pre-event Prep Videos. These will help you familiarize yourself with the materials and techniques in advance, allowing you to progress at your own pace. Remember, all classes will be available on demand after the event! This flexibility lets many of our attendees watch the classes first without the pressure to keep up, choosing instead to revisit and complete their projects whenever they’re ready.

No problem! We know it might be challenging to attend all the live sessions during the three-day event. Rest assured, all classes will be available for on-demand replay, typically posted within a few hours after each session concludes. You can access these replays through our private event platform.

You can access the event easily by using your computer or mobile device (the newer, the better). We recommend Google Chrome for the best experience. Ensure a stable internet connection for smooth streaming of live sessions. For interactive participation, a device with a microphone, headphones, and camera is recommended. More detailed technical guidelines will be provided upon registration.

We understand that plans can change, but due to the nature of our event, we do not offer refunds for tickets once purchased. Remember, you don't need to attend the live sessions to enjoy all that our event has to offer. Your craft kit will include all necessary products and supplies, and you'll also receive downloadable instruction sheets. Plus, you'll have access to on-demand recordings of all classes, allowing you to enjoy and work through the projects at your own pace. We're here to ensure you have a wonderful crafting experience, no matter how you participate!
