At a time when the world feels divided everywhere we turn, beauty is what brings us together. Think about a moment you’ve stood speechless in front of a painting, felt goosebumps listening to your favorite song for the first time, or held a handmade card from a loved one that brought tears to your eyes. In these moments, beauty has a rare magic. It reminds us that we’re more similar than we are different. It’s a language that transcends the barriers that keep us divided. As Fyodor Dostoevsky put it, “The world will be saved by beauty.”
Creativity is what sets us apart from every other creature on Earth. Birds build intricate nests, bees create symmetrical honeycombs, and spiders spin detailed webs, but none of them have ever captured beauty quite like we do without serving a pragmatic purpose. That uniquely human ability to create beauty, to express ourselves and preserve our most meaningful moments, is at the heart of everything we do at Anna Griffin, Inc.
One of my favorite ways of bringing people together through beauty is our bi-annual event, Create Crop At Home. This year marks our fifth annual Create Crop At Home, happening May 2-4, and we couldn’t be more excited! Over three days, you’ll get to enjoy this special scrapbooking and papercrafting event right from the comfort of your own home while being joined by hundreds of like-minded crafters. We like to say, it’s all beautiful in the making. And at Create Crop At Home, that couldn’t be more true.
One past attendee, Kathleen R., shared something that touched my heart. She said, “I absolutely love the sense of community this event creates!” Kathleen captured exactly why Create Crop At Home has become such a meaningful tradition. Twice a year, I have the privilege of witnessing our community cheer each other on and form friendships that span locations, generations, and backgrounds. It’s community at its finest, and it’s built entirely around creativity and beauty.
When we create together, even virtually, we’re reminded that our differences aren’t so big. It’s why we at Anna Griffin, Inc. work hard to create events and products that inspire you to share more love, more often.
I encourage you to join us this year. If you’ve attended before, we can’t wait to welcome you back. And if it’s your first time, I promise you’ll feel right at home.
So, mark your calendars and join us for the fifth annual Create Crop At Home. Come experience for yourself the power of beauty in bringing people together: https://annagriffin.com/products/anna-griffin-create-crop-at-home-5?srsltid=AfmBOoofDGf-Izy0ZxzPbIiXGOA4ricT5O6z_boJo12-czhiwLtg2iUx.
See you May 2nd!

‘Community at its finest,’ beautiful words, Anna! Papercrafting, doodling, die-cutting, cracking jokes…all of us learning and making the same project; each of us creating something unique to us—THANK YOU, Anna!
Although not this time around, I know, enjoy, and LOVE the beauty and creativity of papercrafting ‘the Anna Griffin way,’ which is my FAVORITE-OF-ALL crafting time, alongside your enthusiasm and encouragement, and among positivity and kindness of Griffinites everywhere! Sending BIG (((HUGS))) from Texas!
Anna your words are so encouraging and lovely. I really am so grateful when you create Crop Home and Create events virtually. This was a great idea and I am so happy to be able to participate and get to have new friends from the event. I am so excited and cannot wait for Crop at Home 5 starts, I sure it is going to be another beautiful event. Thank you Anna and Team for putting together these events. I truly enjoy it. Everyone have a great week and may God bless you all.
Thanks for the nice words about creating beautiful things and being part of this community.
Anna has brought people together all across the United States and a few abroad! The creativity that we share connects, binds and inspires us!
We are then inspired to spread this beautiful creativity to share with our friends and family! We strive to make the world a more beautiful place one card at a time!
Your sentiments have expressed the exact reasons why I love crafting – especially the Anna Griffin Create events twice a year. Creating the projects brings joy but the people I’ve met online have sustained my soul in ways I could never imagine. I look forward the most to reconnecting in these virtual classes with friends all across this world reminding me what’s most important in life are the people I share it with. Your platform has facilitated the most fantastic experiences inside virtual craft rooms and each event the projects get more beautiful. I love this experience you have created and the community it cultivates.
