Journaling Tag Cut and Emboss Folders - Made Easy

Hello crafters,

Today, we are going to focus on the most important part of a scrapbook page, the journaling! We love how you can tell a story though a scrapbook album. Whether it's old family photos, a special vacation or even a wedding, our Journaling Tag Cut and Emboss Folders are a great way to create the perfect place for you to tell your story. What's great about this set is that you will get 4 cut and emboss tags, 2 horizontal and 2 vertical. Use them with various papers for tags, backgrounds and more.

Let's make today's amazing scrapbook page!

First we cut one of the vertical shapes out of a piece of the Perfect Palette Slimline Double-Sided Cardstock.

Do the same out of a piece of our gold Matte Foil Cardstock.
Take your craft knife and fussy cut the filet border of the gold layer.
With a little fast drying glue, adhere the border on top of the green journaling tag.
For decoration, we used the same cut and emboss folder on our Floral Cardstock.
Add another of the fussy cut borders to the journaling tag.
On top of that layer your green journaling tag with sentiment.
Add the other fussy cut border to the green journaling tag.
Adhere a bow from your craft room to the top of the journaling tag.
Add a gold foil flourish, flowers and a sentiment to the right side of the page as shown.
Add a collage of flower stickers and gold foil flourish stickers below your photo.
You are going to love making this page no matter what your highlighted photo is!
You will adore being able to create endless journaling tags for life's special moments. Play with pink and purple to make the perfect recital layout.
Use directional journaling tags to decorate the page and highlight your journaling.
Pink and green are one of our favorite color combinations. What's great about the Journaling Tag Cut and Emboss Folders is that you can make them in any color.

Beautiful scrapbook pages.
Leslie, I love your idea to use them for a SIGNATURE CARD. I was not going to get them just because my handwriting is sooooo bad, change of plans.

If you are like me and not great at cussy cutting, you can cut the gold layer in half and where it is cut add an embellishment to hide where you separate the gold layer. This can be done either vertically or horizontally. You always make the fussy cutting look so easy and yet I still struggle. I LOVE these embossing folders. They also make great signature cards for the easel cards, as they fit nicely on the back.
Happy Crafting!
