Happy 3D Frame and Border Dies- Made Easy

There’s something so special about creating a card that can be used for so many joyful occasions. Today we’re featuring the Happy 3D Frame and Border Dies, a beautiful set that makes it easy to create elegant layered frames, intricate borders and dimensional sentiments. What’s great is that this versatile set includes the gorgeous Happy word die, an ornate leafy frame die with its companion inner shadow layer, and a stunning 12-inch botanical border die that is perfect for both cards and scrapbook pages. It’s always fun to mix shimmer papers, matte foils and your favorite embellishments to create something truly memorable.

Use the Happy 3D Frame and Border Dies to cut the intricate frame, inner shadow layer and the word "Happy" from ivory shimmer paper. We used the Shimmer Blush Papers and Envelopes.

Cut the same pieces again from matte gold foil cardstock. What’s great is that combining shimmer and matte finishes creates beautiful contrast.

Cut the green matte foil shadow layer. Just your style, this extra layer helps everything pop with gorgeous dimension.

Add the green shadow layer to a Francesca Damask Green Cardstock base card.

Cut a 3" x 5" rectangle from Antique Botanical Branches Cardstock and adhere it to the center of the card.

Place a Francesca sticker in the top right corner. So pretty, it instantly begins your floral collage.

Add foam adhesive to the back of the champagne shimmer frame and attach it to the card.

Fussy cut the delicate fillet frame from the gold matte foil die cut. Save the remaining pieces for another project. It’s always fun to get even more from your dies.

Layer the gold fillet frame onto the champagne shimmer frame for an elegant, detailed finish.

Decorate with stickers from the Antique Birthday Postcard Embellishment Stickers. These vintage-inspired accents make every card feel extra special.

Add a few more Francesca stickers to build your floral collage and create a beautifully balanced design.

Attach an ivory bow for a soft finishing touch.

Offset the champagne shimmer and gold foil Happy die cuts with adhesive to create a dimensional sentiment.

Place the layered Happy sentiment over the floral collage. 

Now you have the perfect card for birthdays, celebrations or any happy occasion.
