Hello friends,
September is flying by at warp speed, but we are happy to take a moment to pause and catch up with all of our favorite people. We want to start by saying thank you for being with us this week for everything from our AG Members Only show to our Anna Griffin Elegant Papercrafting shows on HSN. It has been a long but creative week. There are no other crafters that we would rather spend our time with!
Let's catch up! We're also going to do something very special: gift Create 10 from a very special Griffinite!
Our Create events have brought together numerous crafters, and has been the beginning of many beautiful friendships. Clare sent this (not Fan Mail Friday) card and we just had to share the lovely picture of Lynn, Kathleen, Cathy, Clare, Suzanne and Linda. So special!
We loved being able to meet crafter Cathy Crowley at our Create 5 event in person. She understands what a wonderful and joyous occasion our Create events are, and Cathy had a great time being able to be creative and further her crafting skills, even if she had to step outside her comfort zone. Although she is unable to attend this year because she is recovering from a virus (hugs to you Cathy), she wants to sponsor someone for this year's Create 10. Cathy is giving the chance for a lucky crafter to experience the event.

Cathy, what a sweet and generous soul. So sad that you are unable to attend. Prayers for your quick recovery and that you will be back to doing what you love very soon.
As my children were growing up, we had lots of friends met through school activities. Then those children grew and moved away, as did there parents. Being a stay at home mom I now faced depression and loneliness.
Fast forward many years I knew I needed to do something for myself. I got on line and found a red hat group, pulled up my big girl panties and went to a meeting. Met the most wonderful ladies and had a ball. The group disbanded, but I was left with some forever friends….proof that you have to go after what you want, it won’t come to you.
These gals are special and we do many things together including crafting.
I love your products and have a room full of them, but so far have been too timid to send anything to fan mail Friday, as the projects there are out of this world. Maybe Create could be a shove I need. Anna, thank you for all that you do to unite like minded people. You are a special soul.
I already purchased a Create 10 ticket, but wish to thank Cathy and encourage others to enjoy the company of this caring crafting community.
Much of my time is spent in caring for family members. This is a privilege and a joy! And while I don’t have as much time to craft, I am creating memories dear to my heart.
Watching AGTV, taking an occasional Finishing School class, seeing your incredible creations, and feeling the connection with like minded crafters really is an uplift and fills my creative bucket!
All I can say is what a thoughtful lady Cathy is. Get well and soon. Keep a song in your heart and happy thoughts.

Thank you Cathy for your generosity! Like Roxann, the idea of Create 10 is a little overwhelming to me. Thanks to Facetime, I am able to craft with my sisters which is itself such a Blessing. Believing my creations are “good enough” has always been a challenge. A few years ago I stepped out of my comfort zone and volunteered to create small Christmas gifts for our Church. It has been an exciting and terrifying adventure. My sisters and I are now starting a “Create 11” savings account for next year. Thank you again Cathy.
