Happy Fan Mail Friday— and what a week it’s been! We just wrapped up Create 2025, and our hearts are overflowing. It was an unforgettable three days filled with creativity, connection, and so much joy. Whether you crafted along with us or cheered from afar, thank you for making this community what it is— truly extraordinary.

Jan sent a beautiful thank you card and shared her excitement for Create. She said the papers were exquisite, the dies were unique and the prep work got her more inspired than she expected!
Rita wrote on our Anna Griffin stationery and included a spectacular popup mantle card inspired by our latest Finishing School class. She’s been loving the member projects and even completed every Create prep item— what a star!
Tina’s note brought the biggest smile. She made two adorable handmade trees— one everyday and one Christmas— and sent them as a sweet surprise. Her daughter Emily, age 7, wants her own set now, and we just love that. Tina also shared how much this community has meant to her and how proud her family is of her creations. She’ll be sipping champagne in her craft room, and we raise a virtual glass to that!
And finally, we received a very special package from the Arizona Griffin Gals. Inside was a beautiful collection of cards and a heartfelt letter from Barbie, who helped form the group during the very first virtual Create back in 2020. This year marks their fifth anniversary, and what an amazing milestone it is!
Barbie’s story reminded us why we do this. After the loss of her husband, it was her crafting sisters who helped her through— sending cards, calling, visiting and reminding her she wasn’t alone. Their friendship gave her strength, comfort, and a reason to create again. Barbie, your courage and openness are a gift to us all. And to the whole Arizona group— thank you for showing what true community looks like.

The event sounded so wonderful; I’m sad to have missed it! I chose to donate the money that I would have spent to Second Harvest Heartland to fund local food banks here in Minnesota. If things improve. I’ll be there. next time, with bells on! By the way- I just received my November Mystery box- it is AMAZING!
