Fan Mail Friday 2025: Our Most Heartfelt Moments

Hello friends,

As we reflect on 2025, our year of self-reflection, we find ourselves returning again and again to one of the most meaningful traditions we share: Fan Mail Friday. Week after week, your envelopes arrived filled with more than cards and crafts. They carried stories, courage, gratitude, healing, celebration and love. Each one reminded us why handmade matters—and why this community is so extraordinary.

Today, we’re looking back at some of the most touching Fan Mail Friday moments from 2025. These highlights are only a glimpse, but they beautifully capture the spirit of creativity and connection that defined our year.

Shellie welcomed the New Year with a paper-crafted toast and a message that perfectly embodied our theme of self-reflection and renewal. Her words reminded us that looking inward is meaningful—but reaching outward is transformative. Gratitude, connection, and creative friendship were woven through every sentence, and her letter set the tone for the year ahead.

Tiffany’s stunning theater card took a full week to create, and every moment was worth it. With honesty and vulnerability, she shared her journey of finding confidence and courage, even calling herself the “cowardly lion.” But there was nothing timid about her creativity. Her excitement for Crop at Home 5 and her joy in being a pen pal reminded us that showing up creatively is an act of bravery—and connection.

Elizabeth sent two beautiful Easter cards, one of which proudly made its way into our kitchen for the team to enjoy. Her thoughtfulness and consistency filled our space with springtime joy and reminded us how cards continue to brighten everyday moments long after they’re opened.

Michelle delighted us with an interactive pulley card featuring playful pom-pom details. Her note of thanks for a Simply Paisley refill kit—won during an AGTV giveaway—was a wonderful reminder of how generosity and creativity ripple outward, inspiring even more beautiful makes.

Lorraine’s breathtaking creations showcased techniques from both Create and Crop at Home, bringing together events, friendships and learning into one extraordinary project. The Francesca craft tote created by Helen, the thoughtfully styled place cards, photo holders, and shared table moments—many captured on TikTok—showed us what happens when creativity becomes communal. Julie’s elegant penmanship and thoughtful details made the experience even more special.

Julie’s first-ever card to Anna was nothing short of remarkable. Living with chronic illness, she shared how crafting gives her purpose and joy—allowing her to send handmade love out into the world. Her interactive butterfly card quite literally took our breath away, unfolding with beauty, movement and hope. Her story is a powerful reminder of how creativity heals and connects.

Sue’s card, created alongside her eldest granddaughter Jane, celebrated generational crafting at its finest. The inclusion of a vintage hanky crocheted by Jane’s great-great-grandmother was deeply moving. Together, they volunteer, craft, and share kindness—proving that creativity is a legacy passed lovingly from one generation to the next.

Karen’s tea-themed card marked a life-changing moment—winning a ticket to Create. Her gratitude centered not only on the opportunity, but on the friendships she formed through the community. Her words reminded us that crafting together often leads to relationships that last a lifetime.

Mary Beth’s playful Halloween pulley card—with ghosts, poetry, and even her kitty Boris—was filled with imagination and joy. Known for her mastery of interactive cards, she once again showed us how storytelling and craftsmanship come together beautifully.

Marie’s Halloween card, created with projects from Crop at Home 5, was a celebration of fall, travel and creativity. Her words reflected how Anna Griffin products allow crafters to mark every season and every journey with intention and beauty.

Doris embraced fall with a coordinated Halloween card complete with stamps, return address and cohesive design. Her attention to detail and joyful seasonal spirit reminded us that even the smallest touches can make a big impact.

Charolette’s contribution was nothing short of extraordinary. After appearing on AGTV, she took Christmas card kits to Camp Bluebird, a camp for cancer survivors. Together, they created over 50 handmade Christmas cards for friends and family. Seeing the photos of those smiling faces and shared creativity was a powerful reminder of how crafting can bring comfort, healing and hope.

Mary’s card, with its simple yet powerful message—“Gratitude never goes out of style”—captured the heart of Fan Mail Friday perfectly. A timeless sentiment, beautifully expressed.

Robin’s card featured a captivating kitty with unforgettable eyes and a charming storefront reminiscent of a flower shop. Her artistry and attention to detail brought personality and warmth to every inch of the design.

Kris’s Thanksgiving card from the Thanksgiving Card Making Kit was beautiful inside and out. Her thoughtful use of the kit highlighted how seasonal crafting can feel both meaningful and elegant.

JoAnn, the queen of easel cards, dazzled us with both a postbox easel and a Christmas version—each layered with detail and finished in her signature pink palette. Her work was a joyful reminder that personal style is a gift we bring to every project.

One of the most moving moments of the year came in a box labeled “Martha and Friends.” Inside was a community recipe swap created by 60 Griffinites, each sharing a recipe, laughter, and love. From tea cakes to pumpkin cake to chocolate treats, every card and envelope represented connection. Special thanks to Mary Beth Edge and Michelle Compton, whose contributions added even more heart to this incredible collaboration. This was creativity at its most generous.

Looking Ahead to 2026

As we close the chapter on 2025, we do so with full hearts. The cards, letters and projects we shared this year remind us that while numbers can’t measure it, the relationships, friendships and sense of belonging created through Fan Mail Friday are deeply felt.

As we step into 2026, we invite you to keep creating, keep connecting, and keep sharing your stories through paper and heart. Send the card. Try the technique. Write the letter. You never know how much it might mean— to someone else, or to yourself.

Thank you for making Fan Mail Friday one of the most beautiful reflections of our community. We can’t wait to see what we create together next.

If you'd like to connect with us via Fan Mail Friday, send us a card to 99 Armour Drive NE, Atlanta, GA 30324.

Love,

Anna

Wow, what extraordinary cards and projects. I am amazed at the mini craft cart, the Theatre card, and all the cards. What an exceptional group of women with such gifted hands and hearts. All starting with Anna Griffin products, who is so talented in her own right.

Happy New Year 2026 to everyone. I am looking forward to this new year of crafting. If it is like 2025 this year is going to be out of this world. I cannot wait to see what is going to be happening. Thank you, Anna, and Team for all of these years of crafting and the upcoming years. Everyone have a great upcoming New Year and may God bless you all and keep you safe.

Happy New Year 2026, Anna & AG TEAM! How uplifting yet to reflect on the past year’s highlights, still fresh in purpose. Your diligence in CREATING the best creative space in papercraft has been an anchor for me throughout 2025, with all of its highs-n-lows! Going ‘in’ to my craft-room, which feels like a ‘mix-master’ sort of place, is then a great place to go ‘out’ from—to mail or to hand-deliver things made with a relationship in mind—I want for others to see and know the joy in something handmade. From there, I show-and-tell my granddaughter, my sister and other family members “how to” create, too. It is fun, challenging, and rewarding to sign in to Finishing School or ‘click watch’ AGTV to find out about new designs from Anna Griffin Inc., OR to learn new ways to use things I’ve got! In fact, for me, those are of equal caliber! Thank you for growing this circle of inspiration and friendship, Anna. XOXOXO~
