Robin, Anna and Sara on set of Crop at Home 5

Create Crop at Home 5— Highlights

Hi crafters,

It's hard to believe that we are coming up on a whole month since our incredible weekend together at Crop at Home 5. We celebrated papercrafting, honored the memories that shaped us and cherished the people by way of scrapbooking the stories we want to tell for generations to come.

This is the year of self reflection here at Anna Griffin Inc. and this year's event was all about connecting through creativity and giving yourself the time to do something wonderful for yourself.

We had over 2000 participants from 49 states (next year—Wyoming!) and 3 different countries. Our long weekend together was truly nothing short of magical!

Create events wouldn't be the same without our friend and co-host, Robin. She was the eyes and ears of the chat, and is such a sweet soul!

This was Sara's 13th Create event. When you needed to see a step repeated, she was there ready and waiting to show you how, again!

Penny our poet knew just how to set the tone for the weekend with her beautiful words. We are so thankful for Penny and her connection to the community.

We loved seeing how you met up in person and virtually during the event. How fun!

Beautiful projects were created by one and all!

One of our goals was to get those special photos out of a box and into something that you could share with friends and family for years to come.

What's special about keepsakes like scrapbook pages is that memories and moments that might otherwise be lost are documented and commemorated so that they live on. That's why we do what we do; we're keepers of the past!

Isn't she beautiful?

It's so great to see people start and finish projects successfully.

We love the bonds that are strengthened through our Create weekends.

We never turn down an opportunity to celebrate!

Dressing to the nines is also part of the fun. We adore the Tex-Annas and their Lian flair!

Create is never short on the parade of furry friends!

Whether they're active participants or supportive pals, we love to see your fur babies!

Look at this cute Grif-fur-nite!

One of our favorite parts of each day was navigating the Matrix aka island hopping tables in the craft room! It was so much fun to get to know you and speak with you through our incredible platform.

New friends were made, and old ones were reunited.

Seeing your smiling faces truly made our day!

We took a walk down memory lane and saw some amazing blast from the past prom photos.

The news was given by way of the Annabelles, dear readers. They gave us all the scoop, and just a tiny bit of snark. They're always in good taste of course.

All of our Create events are a huge production from beginning to end. The team, time and talent necessary to pull off these weekends is a serious feat! Hats off to our amazing in house team and event crew. Together, we can do anything!

Repeat attendees is something we love to see! Each year is better than the next, and we're always improving!

The entire weekend was an event to remember. We will cherish the connections made, the wonderful friendships that flourished and the beauty of being creative together. Thank you for spending 3 days with us, we know that the memories will live on in your memories and scrapbook pages for years to come. Tell us about your favorite moment in the comments.

Love,

Anna

Hi Anna,
I bought the Create 5 event, but I ended up falling on May 1st and ended up in hospital until May 13th. I spent my birthday (May3), and Mothers Day there.
I missed everything! I wanted to know if you had any of the instructions packets left for sale for this event. I know I can print them but your packet is so much better. I did look for them on your site but didn’t see them.
I am watching the reruns, Thank you, Susie

CAH 5 was the best of all the events. I’ve been to all the CAH and one Create. My first thought was that I didn’t think I would like making cards with one layout of scrapbooking, but I was wrong.
Making the cards has enabled me to do more work on my own while enjoying the creative process. I’m still making another scrapbook, this one for my first grandchild. He was married on March 31 in Tennessee, by a river bank. They came to Florida so the rest of our family could meet his wife and had a great visit, now want to move here.

This was my first Crop at Home so I can say it was the best! I found that I wasn’t nearly as overwhelmed as I was for Create 10. The classes were all easy to follow and very beautiful. I put all of my finished projects into a pile as I completed them. I now have a huge pile of beautiful pages and cards. Thank you so much for creating and sharing your talents with us. It has made my past two months. Sending Love!

Crop at Home 5 was a fantastic experience and I loved every minute. I learned so beautiful techniques and ways to utilize what can be done on scrapbooking pages can be used on cards also. I cannot wait for Create 11 tickets to go on sale I am so excited that we will be having another Create. Thank you, Anna, and Team for getting the event together for us. This is the highlight each Crop at Home and Create events. I can wait to see what will be doing for Create 11. Everyone I hope you have had a great weekend and may God bless you all.
