Hello crafters,
We shared the most unforgettable weekend during Create 2025! For three beautiful days, our community gathered from near and far to cut, emboss, build, dream and create together. Create is about so much more than the projects we complete, it’s about the love behind every moment, and this year’s themes of Gratitude, Generosity and Kindness shone through in every aspect of the event!

We had the best and most talented team working hard to make sure that everything was just right for all of the attendees. It took months to prepare for our weekend together, and it brought us so much joy to bring it to you!
We we thrilled that Robin joined us as our Create co-host. She always makes everyone feel loved, seen and heard! Sara crafted alongside so everyone had another look at the steps in each project and so everyone had time to catch up. Nithin did a great job switching during the event to make sure everyone had a birds eye view of Create!
From the moment we kicked off Friday morning, it was clear this year's event would be something special. We welcomed crafters with a reminder of why we gather: to honor the paths that brought us here, to uplift one another and to create from a place of love. “Creativity flows from the heart—and so does kindness.” Those words set the tone for the entire weekend!
Day 1: Gratitude
We opened Create 2025 with a celebration of gratitude— gratitude for each crafter tuning in from home, gratitude for the stories and traditions that inspire us and gratitude for the joy that handmade art brings into the world.
From the very first class, craft rooms everywhere filled with laughter, encouragement and “You’ve got this!” moments. The chat lit up with tips, compliments and support. It was a reminder that gratitude doesn’t just begin the weekend— it anchors it.
One thing that we are so glad that we did this year is have attendees participate in a #AG30DaysofGratitude Challenge, where we used our gratitude journal to write daily prompts expressing our gratitude. Create goes beyond just the weekend!

Day 2: Generosity
Saturday was dedicated to generosity, and our community embodied that spirit completely. As one participant shared during the weekend, “Everything we make, we share with someone else. All of it comes around to making things and sharing the beauty.”
Seeing the posts during the event warmed our hearts!
Attendees passed along encouragement, shared techniques, offered advice and cheered on their fellow crafters. Everyone contributed to the ripple effect of generosity that makes Create so unique and new friendships were forged in the craft room. Creativity multiplies when it’s shared, and together we prove that again and again!
Day 3: Kindness
On Sunday, we turned to kindness as our theme. Kindness was evident in every aspect of the event. It’s the reason that we get to see strangers become friends, and friends become family during our Create events. One attendee put it best: “While people may forget which paper we used, they never forget how we made them feel.”
We have all of the holiday recipes we need from the Post Recipes section of our event platform. It's so wonderful to see the amazing recipes and how attendees have shared them.
Day 3 projects took our breath away!
The closing celebration brought it all together. Tears were shed, toasts were raised and gratitude was felt deeply across every corner of our community. As we wrapped up Create 2025, we lifted our glasses to each attendee. The creativity, joy, friendship and willingness to share gifts are what make this event so meaningful year after year.
“My gratitude knows no bounds. And from that gratitude, I want to be generous with all of these people so that we can continue to do this again.”
One of the most rewarding things about Create is the happiness the event brings to attendees and seeing how lives are changed through friendships and creativity.
The inspiration continues when attendees share new interpretations of projects and new ways to craft with the Create tools and materials.
Looking Ahead to Create Spring 2026 (May)
The crafting high that we feel after Create tends to linger— thankfully, we don’t have to wait a full year to gather again! Our next Create event arrives this May, and we cannot wait to welcome you for your first or back for another weekend of inspiration, friendship and imagination.

This look back was amazing. We created such beautiful projects but more importantly met the most beautiful people – my favorite.
