Craftspiration- September 3rd, 2026

Hi crafters,

You know what we love about Craftspiration? We never quite know what is going to show up in our inbox or social feeds, and that is half the fun! You are an incredible, talented and endlessly inspiring group, and week after week you find fresh ways to surprise us! From cards made for life’s tenderest moments to Christmas keepsakes, wedding wishes and projects created just because, your creativity knows no bounds. It fills our hearts with admiration and gratitude to see how you use crafting to express love, tell stories and connect with the people who matter most.

This week’s projects have heart, imagination and plenty of personality!

Mary said, "A card for a friend, who lost her daughter, Robin, to a brain aneurysm at just 18. I didn’t have a Robin embellishment, but was able to find a Robin illustration, shrunk it, flipped it, and cut it with the bird die."

What a thoughtful way to create something so personal and meaningful with the Birdhouse Easel Dies.

Marie said, "I’m moving on to fall because I wanted to try out the new Sienna collection and some foiling of course."

We don’t blame you, Marie. Fall colors and a little foil sound like a perfect combination!

Fifi shared her gorgeous Dahlia card.

Eve said, "Love the new Peacock Die Set. I did a bit of fussy cutting to create the mixed blue and green flowing plumage."

How fun!

Vicki said, "I continue to make Christmas cards for family and friends. Here's a favorite from this weekend. I used Christmas Grace Card Kit along with a new hot foil plate, Fleur De Lis Dies and some beautiful elements from my stash."

There’s nothing quite like mixing new favorites with treasures already in your craft room.

Yvonne said, "This lovely lady is wrapped with Dahlia, cradled in a Quarter Moon of gold and pearls on a background of teal embossed peacock feathers. The Peacock Frame in green with gold leaves is from the Sienna Collection. Tiny dimensional Snowbell flowers dotted with pearls were cut from the Dahlia blue foil borders and added to the curvy gold foil flowers. They mimic the tiny dark blue flowers in the bell cup florals."

So many beautiful details to discover in this one!

Belinda said, "Formal card for a black and white wedding."

Classic, elegant and just right for the occasion!

Julie said, "I’m making wedding cards and a get well card for my mother from the engraved endearment pop-up card box that I received from the beautiful in the making group gifted to me from Marianne’s stash. I didn’t like the opening and folding and decided to turn them sideways and add the dancing couple to the wedding scene! Now I’m thrilled with the results thank you BITM and Marianne. Using one for my daughter’s wedding next Sunday"

Susan said, "Good afternoon I just finished the rocking horses for Christmas. Have a great day"

Christmas crafting is galloping right along!

Kathleen said, "Sundays are a beautiful time to think of others. Today I created four sympathy cards using the new AG Sienna Cardstock & Embellishment set, and I just love the rich autumn palette of reds, oranges and greens mixed with touches of soft blue and pink.

I paired these cards with the AG Get Well/Sympathy card inserts—such a beautifully crafted collection of thoughtful, well-stated sentiments for those times when finding just the right words can be difficult. 

A big shout-out to Anna Griffin for the gorgeous new Sienna Cardstock & Embellishment set! The colors and patterns are absolutely stunning for autumn crafting—and so versatile for creating cards throughout the season."

Nancy said, "Here’s some things I created from the purse die"

What fun to see where one die and a little imagination can take you!

Laurie P said, "Thank you so much for donating this boxed kit for Cards for Kindness support. I have already made 2 Thank You cards, a birthday card and one blank card from scrap strips of the paper! The instructions were good,  the card is  very easy to make and comes together quickly. My florist friend was delighted to receive hers and has it on her mantle! The beautiful box now holds the dies and pieces I haven't used yet. More than enough product to make 8+ cards!"

Some make us smile, some celebrate life’s happiest occasions and others are created to bring comfort when words alone aren’t quite enough. That range is exactly what makes this community so special. And speaking of pretty paper, today’s Daily Drop is the Rose Double-Sided Cardstock. Roses are always a good idea! With gorgeous designs on both sides, it’s just the thing for adding an extra flourish to cards, layers and paper projects.
