multicolored matte foil Easter basket cards

Craftspiration- March 13th, 2025

Hi crafters,

National Craft Month is in full swing, and Craftspiration today shows just that! We have so many incredible paper projects to share from our community of extra talented crafters. Spring projects are plenty and inspiration abounds in today's post. Come take a look around. You're going to see some amazing things below.

Diane shared, "The Windmill Easel Dies are so different from other cards we have done & are so fun.  I did this using papers from the Canton Bleu Cardstock. I lightly sanded it and put it on a scallop trim frame from the Cardcentric Compendium Dies. There’s a dainty little border trim from Canton Bleu’s Cardstock and Embellishments at the bottom of the card. The windows were fuzzy cut from white Matt Metallic cardstock and the white flower pot in front is from the Mini House Die Cuts collection. I used a blue brad from my stash for the center of the turning windmill blades. I’m pleased how the card turned out using blues."

Peggy said, "I am emailing you a card that I made for a lady that just celebrated her 100th birthday. She is a veteran who served in the US Navy during the World War II, Korean, and Vietnam wars. She is a remarkable lady and I wanted to make her a card honoring her and her service to our country."

Vicki wrote, "This week's Sunday Share and nod to National Craft Month is a few cards. There is something so satisfying about a card with a paper trick! It's the number one reason I subscribe to Anna Griffin Inc.'s Finishing School. If that card has some bling too (i.e. gems, pearls, foil and/or matte foil) that is just too much fun. Even further, if I can use some leftovers from a previous card project, I have achieved a masterpiece that combines all three! Two of these cards use leftovers from other projects and they all use a trick I learned in Finishing School in 2024; a kickstand as Anna called it. This allows for a reasonably flat card and I love it!"

Dayle posted, "My Sunday share is just a fun scrapbook page from the simply paisley scrapbook kit. The vibrant colors worked so well with my Granddaughter’s Shrek the Musical pictures."
Sabrina wrote, "My Sunday share is a bit different this week. My “boys” are having fun building the Antique Botanicals puzzle while I clean my craft room."

Sherry said, "Celebrating my granddaughter's birthday today, I chose to make her a Tunnel Card embellished in her favorite pattern-Noire. On the back of the card I hand cut a piece of Noire card stock to fit in the center of the design and added a pocked to hold a personal birthday wish. #AGNationalCraftMonth"
Donna shared, "I received the Wagon Easel Dies and the Easter Embellishment Stickers this week and this is my first design using a combination of both. The stickers are so adorable and the wagon will be very versatile when crafting for all holidays. Love, love love!"
Terry posted, "This card holds an extra BIG thank you to Anna & Team! Thank you for making National Craft Month super fun, for your generosity in the giveaways, and for the opportunity to connect, share & to express how creativity has touched our lives. #AGNationalCraftMonth"
Wanda shared, "My last bunny this year. I made a number of them. Some chocolate, some silver “foil wrapped “ and some gold “foil wrapped “ (like Lindt!)"
Arlene said, "So glad Spring and Easter are coming, a good reason to once again use the 3D Interactive Pulley Die. For this card ,also used, the 3D Sugar Egg Die and embellishments are from the Vintage Bunny Die Cuts."
Jimmie Lynn wrote, "I just love the pulley card die! It goes with everything! Happy Spring everyone!"

Clare shared, "The shape of the windmill body in the new die set reminded me of a bell, so I used it for this wedding card. Really fun!"
Mary said, "Had to make the cart card, with a cat of course."
Lorri posted, "I’m going to a crop and I’ll be doing 10+ years of Easter for both of my boys’ books. I had myself a die cutting party. I love the chicks from the new Easter Scene dies. I’ll be bringing the new Easter stickers and supplies from previous years so I have a great assortment of embellishments."
Marie said, "Beautiful In The Making Circle California recently had a chocolate wine and ice cream zoom! We had a blast and everyone had their version of it prepared and ready to toast the fun times and community that has developed. This makes my heart happy!"
Jacquie wrote, "Easter cards for my local nursing home residents. 20 finished, 15 more to go."
Janet posted, "I bought the birdhouse dies because my friend, Terry sent me the prettiest birdhouse card for my birthday last year and I had to have them. They make adorable easel cards. Next time I will make the birds a different colour so they pop out more.
Fifi said, "Hopping our way to the Easter Parade."
Carrie posted, "Happy Sunday! I pulled out Anna's "Classic Car" dies to make this card for my son's 26th birthday!"
Kim shared, "I’ve moved on to Easter cards!!   Finished these 2 today.   Loved using the new AG Easter Scene Dies."
