Craftspiration- June 11th, 2026

Hi crafters,

Father’s Day is just around the corner on June 21, and we are feeling especially grateful for the beautiful ways that you use paper crafting to celebrate the people you love! Your creativity is incredible, heartfelt and endlessly inspiring, and it fills our hearts with admiration and gratitude each week. Whether you’re creating for dads, grandfathers, sons, friends or special family milestones, your projects remind us that creativity has the power to express love, tell stories and connect us across generations.

This week’s Craftspiration is bursting with wonderful cards, thoughtful keepsakes and meaningful creations, including several projects made especially for Father’s Day—each one nothing short of spectacular!

Come be inspired!

2024 this is one of her senior portraits I had been holding onto until just the right paper spoke to me- Rose!  I am doing all her portraits now in that collection.  Enjoy!

Mary Beth said, "Okay. Its a me too! I discovered the slim line matelassé. Trimmed to fit 5x7, cut slits, and wove contrasting paper in and out. The smaller scale makes a great texture to use as the die infill!"

Gay Lynn said, "My first time using the bicycle easel die. I think it makes a great summertime birthday card!"

Wanda said, "A card for my 89 year-old dad, a retired firefighter. He has aphasia and lives in assisted living. He gets around pretty well, considering his age and his bad heart and lung damage from his work. Mom passed away in 2021."

What a touching tribute for Father's Day.

Clare said, "I used Anna’s Father’s Day dies for a pop up card. See the comments for inside details."
How fun!

Becky Jo said, "I've been organizing. My ivory damask boxes I am changing up with Anna’s rub-ons."

Mary said, "Another card for another guy friend who plays guitar."

Evelyne said, "Was inspired by last AGTV show to work on some masculine cards."
Perfect timing for Father’s Day crafting!

Diane said, "I made this sweet Castle card for my granddaughter’s fourth birthday after watching the wonderful Finishing School class. I learn something new every time I watch the amazing tutorials offered."

Diane said, "Enjoying the AG Hydrangea 3D Dies, slightly sanded & blushed. I had some leftover scraps of cardstock & matte foil from Create 26, including a piece of ruffled light green from the Grace border template, that I used to make the birthday card."

Lorri said, "I went back to the big birthday box for 2023 to make some birthday cards to keep on hand."

Heidi said, "Birthday card."

Mary said her pretty pink cake card is, "For my sister in law."

Dayle said, "A Happy Father's Day card to my son in law. He is an amazing Dad to four kids who keep him hopping with all their activities. I used the Christmas Truck Easel dies with the Jack Papers. Embellishments were from both the Jack and Handsome collection."

What a wonderful Father's Day celebration!

Heidi said, "Birthday cards being made as well."

Yvonne said, "A Lotus birthday card with Astrid, Jasmine, Paris Green and the smaller frame from Dream in Hydrangea."

Stacie said, "I finally got the In the Garden Papercrafting Kit! The papers are amazing, its just beautiful. I made this for a dear friend of mine."

Gloria said, "I sat and made these cards from the kit it was so easy I just followed the sheet."

Anna from Savannah said, "AG products aren't just for scrapbooking and card making! This is a Savannah Trifle that I made for my brother's birthday celebration."
What a creative surprise!

Such wonderful inspiration. I know the masculine inspiration is something the Griffinites wants more of.
I too have used my Rub Ons to decorate my crafting storage and tools. Sometimes they are just too pretty to part with. That way I can use them without giving them away.
Happy Crafting!

Leslie Ramsey

Where do you get the happy Father’s Day in man of the year stickers?

Nancy Everett

Loved the idea of using the rub-ons to decorate your storage boxes. I quite often use them on the front of my card envelopes. I used your dies of the tools and ladder for my sons Father’s Day card. Anna, could you provide the words “for my son” or “to my son” for Father’s Day I don’t see those words used on the male toppers. Also “to my grandson” is needed. Thanks.

Great work all you talented crafters!!
