two blue birthday cards with bows and butterflies

Craftspiration- January 16th, 2025

Hello friends,

There's nothing like the power of sharing, whether it’s a handmade greeting card, a beautifully dimensional scrapbook page or an expertly engineered paper project-- each creation tells a unique story. But what truly excites us is the way these projects are shared— because sharing isn't just about showing off your work; it’s about inspiring others to discover their own creative potential!

Here are the incredible things made and shared by the Griffinite community this week!

Annie Laura said, "My Sunday Share I hope you can see the butterflies I made after watching AGTV last week! Anna inspired me with the freshness of New Beginnings/ New Life/ New Hope/ New Happiness that I want to send to others "

Terry shared, "My holiday card making is a bit out of order as I’m waiting for the kirigami heart die to arrive. In the meantime I made these with Anna’s sugar-egg die. I had so much fun making them!"

Loraine I'm working on an 8" x 8" patriotic scrapbook for my dad's army days. The photo ornament does work perfectly for wallet size pictures!
This is spectacular! Thank  you for sharing!
Clare shared, "After using every bit of cardstock from the front and back of the Advent Calendar, I cleaned up the clear plastic window panel, painted the channels gold with Anna's gold paint from Create 5, and added a lovely pink and gold floral from 2015 behind. Since everything is on the reverse, this makes an embellishment tray that is robust and easy to wipe clean. The gold "nailheads" are created from the negative space pieces left from cutting the Advent holly die."
Gay Lynn wrote, "Continuing the thank you card season with paper dolls."

Diane said, "My Sunday share is made from the Valentine Easel Dies. It’s so romantically lacy & pretty. It’s adorned with the cute little Cupid & flower wreath from the Romantic Stickers & Sentiments Collection.
Such a beautiful and elegant valentine!

Mary Beth posted, "Even though there is 7 inches of snow outside...getting out the pinks, bows and hearts for Valentine's."
Fifi said, "Continuing my Valentines' cards using Wildflower Meadow Frame (one of my favorite dies) especially when using it with Matte Foil Cardstock."
Marie It’s time to make fun Valentine’s Day cards! I love mixing and matching!
Just gorgeous!
Sabrina Celebrating love with Canton Bleu and hearts.
Yvonne The Favorite Tea Embellishments are sooooo FABulous! Mixed with Francesca, Paris Green and the Doily Dies.

The beauty of our crafting community is that it's built on sharing ideas, techniques and even of each other. When one person posts a project, it gives others permission to step outside their comfort zones and experiment with something new! One idea can spark a chain reaction that leads to endless new projects, new friendships, and fresh inspiration. Keep sharing your projects via our social media channels or email them to us at RSVP@annagriffin.com for your chance to be featured!

Don't forget that we’re offering $45 off your ticket to Create | Crop at Home 5During the event we will be making scrapbook pages and cards over 3 days.
