Christmas Grace Card Making Kit- Made Easy

Happy Christmas in July! We are so excited to kick off another season of holiday crafting with you. Today we're creating with the Christmas Grace Card Making Kit, and this is just the first of many beautiful projects you can make from this amazing box. What's great is that everything you need is included, making it easy to create elaborate, elegant cards without a crafting machine. With over 400 pieces inside, you'll enjoy gorgeous card layers, decorative borders, festive diecuts, beautiful sentiments, flourishes, dimensional embellishments, our brand new 3D bows and so many coordinating elements that mix and match effortlessly. It's always fun when a kit is completely self-contained because all you need is a pair of scissors and your favorite double-sided adhesive to start creating!

Today we're making a card that is also a gift! This beautiful design features decorative photo corners that hold a removable tag. What’s great is that the tag can become an ornament, a gift tag, a door hanger or even a treasured keepsake. We love projects that can be repurposed in beautiful ways!

Take one of the card layers from the Christmas Grace Card Making Kit and cut it diagonally at 2.5 inches to create two matching corners.

Cut one of the striped diecuts at 3.5 inches.

Add the striped border along the long edge of each corner piece and trim away the excess. This decorative touch makes your photo corners extra special. So pretty!

Apply double-sided adhesive to only the two short sides of each corner, leaving the diagonal edge and the center free of adhesive. This creates the little pockets that will hold your removable tag. Adhere your completed photo corners to the card front.

Gather two pink card layers, a striped border and some of your favorite included diecuts.

Curl the striped border into a loop and adhere the ends to the back of one pink layer to create a handle. Before you duplex the layers together, make sure the loop is secured so it becomes part of the finished tag.

Place the second pink layer on top to sandwich the loop between the layers. What’s great is that this creates a beautifully finished tag with clean edges on both sides.

Decorate the front with one of the included sentiments, a flourish and one of the gorgeous new 3D bows. Gently curl the bow before adhering it so it keeps its dimensional shape. It's always fun to add those little details that make your projects come to life.

Add festive diecuts to the front of the tag until your composition feels balanced.

Now you, decorate the back too! Match the embellishments with their mirror-image pieces and duplex them together. This wonderful finishing technique hides every bit of adhesive and gives your project a polished look from every angle.

Slide the removable tag into the photo corners you created.

Now it's time to send a card with more than one purpose! Isn't this fun? This simple technique isn't just for Christmas cards. You can use decorative photo corners to hold photographs, tickets, handwritten notes or other little keepsakes on future projects too.
