Hi Crafters,
There’s something so charming about vintage-inspired birthday cards, and today’s project is full of nostalgic beauty! We’re creating a stunning layered card using the 3D Fairy Scene Dies and the Antique Birthday Postcard Embellishment Stickers. It’s always fun to mix delicate die cutting with gorgeous sticker art, and this combination is just your style.
What’s great is that the Antique Birthday Postcard Embellishment Stickers include 80 beautifully redesigned pieces inspired by vintage archives. You get both vertical and horizontal postcard designs, floral accents, and elegant typography made from flowers. So pretty! These pieces are perfectly sized to shine on your card front and make every project feel like a modern heirloom.
Today, we’re going to walk through how to create a lovely birthday card that’s full of dimension and antique charm. Come get crafty with us!
First, nest the frame die and the inner shadow layer from the 3D Fairy Scene Dies on pink matte foil cardstock. Run it through your die cutting machine to create a beautiful, detailed frame.

Next, use the large shadow layer to cut a piece of patterned cardstock. This will be your base layer that peeks through the frame.

Now you, attach the large shadow layer onto a 5x7 card of your choice. Add the “Sending Birthday Greetings” sticker slightly below center so it will show perfectly inside your frame.

Use foam adhesive to attach your pink matte foil frame on top. This adds dimension and makes everything pop.

Add two of the floral stickers from the Antique Birthday Postcard collection to the top of your card. Layer them to create a full, lush arrangement.

Add one of the colorful floral stickers right in the middle of the white sticker area. This creates a beautiful focal point and ties everything together.

Create the same sticker collage and add it to the bottom of the card. It’s always fun to repeat elements for a balanced, finished look.

You’ll love the vertical and horizontal sticker options. What’s great is how easily they mix and match, and the typography is sure to make you smile.

The antique imagery in this collection makes such a stunning focal point. These embellishments are perfect for cards, scrapbooks, and so many paper projects.

The Antique Birthday Postcards will help you create the most wonderful celebratory cards for friends and loved ones. Each one feels thoughtful, unique, and full of heart.

You should do a discount coupon (a substantial amount, not the 10% that members get) for the month of your birthday. And how about a rental program for your dies that you consistently use /show with your recent finished cards, that are no longer available. Gets a little frustrating when you want to replicate a card and products are no longer available. Happy crafting!
