Anna Griffin Inc. currently ships all orders using USPS, UPS or Fedex from Atlanta, GA.
Standard Orders are typically processed between 2-3 business days. Orders shipping to Canada are shipped within 3-5 business days. Personalized printed orders are shipped within 5-7 business days.
Transit times will vary based on the destination.
Flat Rate Service will take anywhere from 2-7 business day to deliver once shipped
If you select Expedited Service, standard orders will be delivered within 2 business days as long as your order is placed before 12pm EST Monday-Friday. If you select Expedited Service on personalized printed orders, your order will be shipped UPS 2nd Day when ready to ship.
Orders shipping to Canada will take anywhere from 7-10 days to deliver once shipped.
Customer Service hours are Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm EST.
With the exception of just one box (May 2025) all Mystery Boxes have been GREAT! High quality / High value. May was a disappointment as noted by hundreds of other buyer comments on social media (You Tube, Facebook, etc.), so not sure what happened there -- but was ever so happy with all other Mystery Boxes and have recommended them highly to many crafty friends! Keep up the good work Anna Griffin team! Long Live Mystery Boxes! Fun Fun Fun... 5 stars from me!
