Anna Griffin Inc. currently ships all orders using USPS, UPS or Fedex from Atlanta, GA.
Standard Orders are typically processed between 2-3 business days. Orders shipping to Canada are shipped within 3-5 business days. Personalized printed orders are shipped within 5-7 business days.
Transit times will vary based on the destination.
Flat Rate Service will take anywhere from 2-7 business day to deliver once shipped
If you select Expedited Service, standard orders will be delivered within 2 business days as long as your order is placed before 12pm EST Monday-Friday. If you select Expedited Service on personalized printed orders, your order will be shipped UPS 2nd Day when ready to ship.
Orders shipping to Canada will take anywhere from 7-10 days to deliver once shipped.

I have been a member since the very beginning. I continue to be disappointed that I do t get free shipping but I do sort of understand since I live in Hawaii. However, I don’t think you have that many members in Hawaii so actually I don’t really completely understand. You do give me ‘discount’ shipping that was initially a flat rate of $12.00 but you have since raised it to $18.50 flat rate. I understand this is a business despite all the gushy love bombing that goes on - with the dramatic increase in prices for her products I order much much less and can often get better ship rates on HSN. I have been a loyal Anna customer for nearly 30 years. I do very much enjoy the classes in Finishing School.
