What are the Anna Griffin Rewards Program restrictions, terms, and conditions?

Coupon Restrictions

Reward coupons:

• Cannot be combined with public promotional codes
• Cannot be applied to gift card purchases
• May be limited to one reward coupon per order

Additional promotional restrictions may apply.

Points Expiration

Reward points expire 12 months after they are earned if they are not redeemed.

Expired points cannot be reinstated.

Returns & Adjustments

If an order is returned or refunded, the reward points earned from that purchase may be deducted from the customer’s account.

If a reward coupon was used on an order that is later returned, the value of the reward coupon may not be reissued.

Account Responsibility

Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login information.

Reward points:

• Are non-transferable
• May only be used by the account holder
• Have no cash value
