Multi-layered blue floral card with francesca

Francesca Papercrafting Collection- Made Easy

Hi crafters,

Welcome to Charm School! This is our ultimate paper crafting collection— Francesca, made easy. When we say “ultimate,” we mean 305 glorious pieces of creative magic, designed for card making, scrapbooking, box building and more! Francesca is a stunning old-world floral pattern— one of our very first designs from the early 2000s—now reimagined in a lush, romantic palette of rose, green, gold and dusty blue. It’s a collection that includes everything you need for papercrafting: pre-made cards, card layers, foil embellishments, die cuts, scrapbook frames, border stickers and even oversized envelopes!

Today's tutorial will show you how to use Francesca, paired with the Crop at Home 5 Frame Dies and Crop at Home 5 Border Dies, to make a “paper skyscraper” of a card—layered, luxe and absolutely unforgettable!

Watch to create today's card with the Francesca Papercrafting Kit.

Start with your Crop at Home Frame Dies and cut three frames from the blue foil cardstock included in your Francesca Kit.

Cut shadow layers from the blue floral patterned paper to coordinate.

Use your Crop at Home 5 Border Dies to cut two gold lattice borders.

Grab two blue border stickers from the kit and trim them to 6" and 7"— save the scraps for bonus projects!

Now, trim your gold lattice borders to 7 inches.

Choose your least favorite card base (yes, even the pretty ones), because it’s going to be covered. We're going for full 5x7 coverage!

Let’s build from the bottom up: Lay down your large blue foil frame.

Layer the gold lattice borders under the blue border stickers.

Add this compound border straight down the middle of your card.

Center a blue floral patterned layer down the middle. Add the remaining cut border sticker down the center.

Place large floral stickers from the kit in opposite corners.

Adhere the medium blue foil frame using foam adhesive for dimension.

Add floral die cuts, gold foil flourishes and foam embellishments to create movement and fullness.

Top with a sentiment, a butterfly and a bow— all included in the kit.

Let the patterns be your guide and create gorgeous one of a kind cards with Francesca.

Pair this papercrafting kit with your favorite dies from your craft room for birthdays or just because cards.

More is more! Let your friends know that you are thinking of them!

What's great about the Francesca Papercrafting Collection is that it lends perfectly to scrapbook and paper projects of all kinds.

Francesca is more than just a kit— it’s a celebration of layering, color and classic elegance. Whether you’re a flat card minimalist or a “fifteen million layers” maximalist, this collection has everything you need to make your vision come alive. The matte foil cardstock, 12x12s, oversized cards and stunning double-sided papers make it easy to pair with your favorite dies from home.

From scrapbook pages to specialty boxes, Francesca is your forever floral. So gather your supplies and make something truly special— because every handmade card is a hug in an envelope.
