Craftspiration- October 15th, 2026

Hi crafters,

There's something extra special about crafting this time of year! As the leaves begin to change and the days grow cooler, our crafting community is warming our hearts with one beautiful creation after another. From autumn-inspired cards and Halloween surprises to heartfelt gifts and clever new ways to use your favorite dies, you continue to amaze us with your imagination and artistry. We love seeing how you take our collections and how you make them entirely your own. It's such a pleasure to celebrate the friendships, thoughtful gestures and personal stories behind every project. Your creativity brings us together in the most wonderful ways, and we're so grateful that you share it with us!

This week's Craftspiration is a delightful mix of seasonal splendor, creative discoveries and handmade happiness!

Come be inspired!

Dayle Blecke shared a lovely fall card made especially for a dear friend, saying, "A thinking of you card for my best friend and walking partner. Fall is our favorite season! I used the Harvest Molding 3D die set with the glorious Sienna paper collection."

Donna Snyder got creative with a special Art Deco die and an unexpected paper combination! Donna wrote, "Lorri Shadis came for a visit this week and she brought the art deco die that she received in one of her Mystery Boxes. AnnaGriffininc, please consider bringing this die to your members. I will be a customer for sure. We made some cuts and I decided to think outside of the box to create this card. I found an Asian themed Anna paper and cut a scene from it. This card is the results."

Terry Lubinski took her creativity out to sea with a card designed for boating friends! Terry said, "I have friends who are avid boaters, so this all-Anna, “Flying Dutchman” card is for them. It’s hard to see in this gloomy lighting, but I used black glitter and pearlized cardstock for the sails."

Vicki Finger combined festive details and a clever paper-crafting tip for her latest birthday card. Vicki wrote, "Hello Friends! I have another card using the new Matelasse Die but this one is for a December birthday. I used things from many different embellishment folios that are the same warm tones to match the card. Pro Tip: For the first run using this die, try on some scrap cardstock. The little rectangles are not all the same size and if you use a plaid for instance, you want to keep the plaid lined up properly."

What a helpful tip, Vicki!

Eve Yeung gave two wonderful crafting favorites a try! Eve said, "Trying out the new Matelasse die, along with the Vintage Halloween cardmaking kit."

Mary Armstrong joined in on the Halloween fun with a beautiful new die! Mary shared, "Trying out the Matelasse 3D die to make a Halloween card."

Maria Ciriello-Tangredi found a festive way to bring handmade beauty to a gathering. Maria wrote, "Happy Sunday! Love seeing this weeks creations! I made these as table decorations for today’s Church coffee hour"

Charolette Jones embraced the spooky season with a charming collection of Halloween cards. Charolette said, "A few Halloween cards I made using cardcentric dies, Mini Halloween Stickers, and Halloween foil papers."

Kelli Clark created a thoughtful welcome-home card inspired by a memorable Italian adventure. Kelli wrote, "I made this welcome home card with the Gondola 3D Scene dies for my daughter and her husband. They just returned from Italy, and while in Venice they went on a gondola ride. This was so perfect for them. Thanks Anna."

How wonderful to turn a favorite travel memory into a keepsake!

Sally Fisher spent a lovely day creating with one of our favorite autumn collections. Sally said, "Today was the perfect day to make a scrapbook layout with the Sienna Collection."

Susan Fogarty brought a little seasonal cheer to our crafting community! Susan shared, "A few Halloween greetings."

Fifi Soleil paired two beautiful collections for a gorgeous result. Fifi wrote, "Today I am crafting with the new Metalesse paired with the new Venetian collection. What a beautiful combination. Love them both."

Mary Drew found her inspiration in the beauty of nature and a special friendship. Mary said, "A card for a friend inspired by a flower from her garden"

Susan G shared the sweetest reason for sending handmade cards to her sister during recovery. Susan wrote, "Good afternoon all I made a card for my sister who is recovering from a total knee replacement. She likes receiving all the different cards that I send her each week in a box. I told her that if she gets depressed or feels under the weather to open one each day. She says that I’m talented but it is because of the most outstanding products that Anna creates. Thank you all for a craft that I truly love."

What a beautiful reminder that a handmade card can brighten someone's day!

Joan discovered inspiration in an unexpected place for her seasonal decorations. Joan wrote, "Hello Anna,
This Halloween and fall decoration was inspired by a poor old treat bag that was sitting in my room for several years. As you notice, I used cut and emboss folders, leaf dies and the jack o lantern die for my project. Just turn Halloween side to the back and use for Thanksgiving. Being creative is so much fun with all the beautiful tools you offer."

As we admire this week's projects, we're reminded that every handmade creation carries a little piece of the person who made it. Whether you're sending encouragement, celebrating a birthday, decorating for the season or simply enjoying an afternoon at your craft table, these projects spotlight the love and creativity that abounds in our community.

And speaking of seasonal creativity, be sure to enjoy our Daily Drop: Create Holiday Decorating Details!
