Navy, gold and baseball themed train card.

Craftspiration- May 1st, 2025

Hi crafters,

This week’s Craftspiration has our hearts fluttering with joy! The creativity blooming from our amazing community is just as beautiful as the spring flowers outside. From pastel-perfect spring cards bursting with florals, to the sweetest baby shower creations full of charm and delight, you’ve all been busy making magic with paper. We’re also loving the gorgeous cards and  projects created using Crop at Home 5 extras— what a fantastic way to keep the inspiration going beyond our upcoming weekend!

Tracy This is a photo album (from the Create 10 event) which I just finished for my mother. I added 14 photo pages, but, in hindsight, realized I should have increased that to 140 pages . But, that's okay because we're planning a much anticipated two day driving journey to see her in person to celebrate her 95th birthday. So, I will be bringing her numerous Anna Griffin 3D projects that I have been working on for awhile, as well as some for my sister. I am excited to gift these projects to my family and my mother is excited to show me previous Anna Griffin gifts I have made for her, which she proudly displays in her home. Anna, I cannot put into words how (without you even being aware), your absolutely stupendous products have been a vessel for one of the threads in creating the fabric of my family's happiness. So, for that, I thank you!

Sally I made a card for a coworker’s baby shower. I used the lace dies to make it look like ruffles on a dress.
Yvonne A May wedding in colors of champagne, sage green, peach and ivory. The bride’s bouquet will be succulents. With those concepts I made a champagne gazebo accented with Vintage Rose and papers from C10. A mini bride and groom under a trellis of leaves in their wedding colors. Finished with 3 handmade succulents in champagne foil and vellum green with tiny pearl centers. Personalized with their names and wedding day on the easel stop.
Shellie Yes, Anna, I'm being creative today (--since yesterday, happily, when I caught a break in my schedule, and a wave of recent Paradise inspiration which all started out by inking and die cutting the Rococo 'medallions,' the part most fun)! Awaiting some newer items, I dived in to create a variation of the 'beach vacation' album page you showed us last week. I inked and die cut; mitered border die-cuttings; and, framed favorite photos of my then-youngster children (learning to swim at Poppy's pool in Florida), using some Tropical cardstock 'saved back,' newest Paris Green Matte Foil; and, also 3D Rococo Concentric-, CAH4 Frame- and Border-Dies; and, Titles-dies. Now, I'm making the 2d page, a 'mirror image,' to include another photo and journaling. Happy Sunday Share, Griffinites friends!
Lorri Saturday, a few of Anna's Mayflowers got together in Carver, MA. I spent the afternoon with these lovely ladies. I'm blessed to call them my friends.
Maria Enjoying the scraps from my CAH prep!
Isn't Suravi's purse card just lovely? This is the perfect birthday card for someone special.
Dayle I have always struggled with making cards for the guys in my life. But thankfully Anna came to my rescue in making this card for my grandson. The Antique Train set is so fun to pair with handsome papers and embellishments.
To our longtime Griffinites: thank you for continually sharing your hearts through your handmade projects. Your work not only inspires us, but also uplifts everyone who sees it.
To those who are new to our community, welcome! We’re so happy you’re here! Whether you’ve just discovered Anna Griffin or you’re diving into crafting for the first time, we encourage you to post what you’re making, ask questions and get involved. There’s nothing quite like the support and creativity shared among fellow crafters!
Love,
Anna

Always my favorite post of the week. So many talented crafters out there. I get so much from all these beautiful projects.
Today is May 1st and only 1 day till Create and Crop@Home 5.
And it is National Day of Prayer. So grateful to be in a country where we can celebrate our religious freedom.
Happy Crafting!
Can’t wait for tomorrow!!!

Oh my Anna…thank❤️you for showing and highlighting my wedding card! That just made my day💖. I love seeing all the projects as they are so inspiring. The wedding card was made for my son and his wife to give to her boss’ upcoming wedding. As Tracy said in the beginning “your absolutely stupendous products have been a vessel for one of the threads in creating the fabric of my family’s happiness.” And I thank you too!
