cards made with the beautiful birthday dies

Craftspiration- February 29th, 2024

Hello friends,

Have you started crafting with some of the newer crafting items from our AGTV shows, Members Only shows or HSN? Below you will see gorgeous projects made with some of our newest items, St. Patrick's Day, Easter projects and more! We love taking the opportunity each Thursday to share the amazing things made by Griffinites from all over.

Come admire all of the lovely projects below!

Bonnie shared, "An extra large creation (9 x12) for our friend Gwen who turns 98 next week. And yes, that is Bobby-the-cat, craft assistant extraordinaire, in the background sleeping on the embellishments!"

Dayle posted, "I absolutely love the book mark dies and had so fun incorporating them into my cards."

James said, "Attached is a picture of the card that I made for my wife's 81st birthday to be included in Craftspiration!  I had to go back and use the original item that we bought from HSN - Wildflower Garden! I used only the embossing folder and border die from the Wildflower Garden, I used one of the cards from the Valentine Perfect Pattern Cards and Envelopes, and a few flowers that I have left over. I made the sentiment with the Looped Oval Inner and Outer dies from the cartouche collection, and Microsoft Publisher to create the Happy Birthday. I also made the green "my Love!" banner with Publisher and cut it out by hand with scissors. I used cardstock from the Flower Cart Kit and from the Christmas Foil collection. I embossed the entire card with the Wildflower Garden Embossing folder.  I put the entire card together with lots and lots of foam tape. I pray that she will love this card, as it is from me and her second love Gracie, our 6 year old rescue dog."

Patti wrote, "My husband, who has never made a card before, actually created one using my supplies. It was so adorable that I just had to share it with everyone. I told my husband, we'll mail it to your mom and she will just love it."

How fun! Now he's going to want to make all kinds of cards!

Jane said, "Made my first shoe as an ornament! So many possibilities with these beautiful dies."
Lovely ornament, Jane!
Lulu posted, "Bridal slippers for my niece who’s getting married soon. I loved making my first shoes for her!"
Lara said, "I used all AG products, Lucky for All, Vellum Card Toppers, Kirigami Shamrocks dies, and Spring cut and emboss folders, and anything else I had on hand."

Eileen wrote, "These are some birthday cards I made based on what we learned at Create 9."

Great use of the Beautiful Birthday Dies!

Arlene shared, "“Some Bunny Loves You” Easter card made with Flower Shop dies and embellishments."
Celia said, "Great layout! Thank you for bringing us great products Anna!"
Clare posted, "St. Patrick's Day card for my childhood best friend, who visited her Irish roots last fall."
This charming card has St. Patrick's Day written all over it!
Diane said, "I have been enjoying making Easter cards with the fancy Easter Egg Dies & Dresdens."
Sharon wrote, "Love the new Slimline Leprechaun Dies! Today I had to try these new dies that were gifted to me! Thank you so much Dayle! Trying to think of a new design for St Patrick's Day with a little whimsey. Is all Anna Griffin except the bow, horseshoe, poem and Frog which was a stamp from my stash on the insert. A fun card from our McGuire Irish family!"
Tracy posted, "Here is a card I made for my mother featuring the gorgeous Easter Egg Dies. I put a circle shaker in the center which reminds me of the sugar eggs with scenes I always loved as a child."
Diane said, "The new Slimline Leprechaun die is not on a slimline and the Carousel Easel die is not on an easel! Nonetheless it makes a cute St Patrick’s Day card for a 2 year old!"
We love the way that you think outside the box!
Jo Ann made this lovely easel card with the Anniversary Paper Collection. Gorgeous!

Beautiful creations everyone! So much talent in this community of crafters!

I cannot stopped being impressed, Anna! You are a craft genius & true southern lady! Maybe you would consider making more lace dies for doilies, beverage covers, ladies gloves, small shawls, hankie edgings, etc. Thank you!

Linda Graube
