Craftspiration- August 1st, 2024

Hi Griffinites,

It's hard to believe that it is August! It's Anna's birthday month and we will be celebrating all month long. From a very special day on August 5th to our Members Only show on August 12th, HSN on August 13th and AGTV shows on August 7th and 21st, we have tons of creativity and crafting coming your way. Below you will see the wonderful projects that were made and shared by our crafting community this week.

James and Sharon said, "Hi Anna and Griffinites! This is a card that we made for our favorite teller at our local bank, who is retiring after 38 years. We used the Flower Shop Dies, but made it look like a home (we hope that you agree) with her favorite chair on the front porch. The card is a shaped card and opens like a regular card not an easel! We love how it turned out. We have included the front of the card and the inside for you to enjoy."

Sherry wrote, "I've been working on two different anniversary cards today. Here is one. This card is from my new Birthday Greetings card set. I turned the Birthday Greetings card into a Happy Anniversary card and embellished the greeting inside into an anniversary greeting."

Shellie wrote, "Yes, I enjoyed your current blog-post and LOVE NEW Witchy Shoes (and would love to win)! Yet today, I'm playing Christmas Greetings cards, and 'warmed up' by first making a Madonna & Child Oval, using all the remaining multiple die-cuttings from my ornament-making a couple weeks ago. Blue, Ivory & Gold embellished with holiday greens is a beautiful Anna Griffin holiday palette."

We agree with you, Shellie! It's such a beautiful palette!

Laura said, "Happy Sunday Share to my Anna Griffin Community Friends! I have truly been enjoying my Birthday Wishes Dies creating all different ways with various cardstocks. The pretty black and pink floral cardstock is from the Create 9 packet. I also used an Anna Griffin floral sticker for some 3D dimensional looks."

Celia shared, "The 3D Birthday Greeting Concentric Dies are wonderful!"

Kim posted, "Did my first Birthday cake pop up card for my husbands birthday that was Friday. He was very impressed."

Suravi said, "July is my birthday month. So just felt like making birthday cards and will give them as gifts to my friends. Love the layering Compendium Dies and Birthday Embellishment Kit to make quick easy cards."

Penny wrote, "I made this at our Numb Buns weekend featuring the lovely Madison Collection."

Jane shared, "A birthday card I made for someone very special."

Terry said, "Happy Sunday creative friends! Today I'm sharing a pink Christmas card featuring the Birthday Festival, Madonna Frame & Mini Christmas Botanical Dies."

Donna posted, "I have been working on the Tractor Easel Die this week and I’m loving it. I’m so happy to have enrolled in the auto ship. I can’t wait to get the motorcycle!"

Tracy shared, "I have been diligently working on my Christmas cards and gifts...and I am loving this year's Christmas Card Box."

Diane said, "I used the Anniversary Madison Paper Crafting Kit to share family memories of celebrating a fun state of Utah holiday, ‘Pioneer Day’, July 24th!"

This Christmas kitty is framed purr-fectly!

Yvonne wrote, "Today I worked on designing my 2024 Christmas card. After cutting out several frames, I chose the Victorian Christmas Die with the Angelic 3D Die. The Angel is the Champagne Matte Foil with gold and white pattern, vellum wings and inlay, accented with the gold matte foil on the black botanical background."
