Even though I don’t know if I can afford Create this year, I would rather my sweet Griffinite friend Nancy Romo from California to be able to go. She helped me so much when I first started using AG products. She would mail me die cuts and cardstock of older dies and supplies that were no longer available along with advice on how to use them. Even though we have never met in person other than Facebook messenger since I live in Texas we have become the closest of friends. She is a true crafty angel that has a heart of gold.

Wow. I would love to go to this years’s create. I am disabled and on a very limited income. I just do not have the resources to go. Your genoracity and the genoracity of your followers is so uplifting. Your entire Anna Griffin community is such a beautiful and special place with so many beautiful, creative, and generous people. There is no other place like it. I am always dealing with a disabling depression that puts me into such a dark place. But I am a fighter. And when I spend time on your blog, watching your videos, seeing you on Facebook, HSN, and interacting with others in your community I find that dark place becoming brighter and more beautiful. Oh my goodness I would so love the Creat box. Every year I drool over all of the items in Create. I have been a devoted HSN purchaser of all things Anna Griffin. Or family has been dealing with my husbands medical issues since July of 2014. Since then he has had 5 foot surgeries and 4 knee surgeries and been on IV antibiotics several times. This has drained our finances to the bare minimum so craft purchases are now few and far between so I can’t justify purchasing a create box no matter how much I want to.That being said your products are amazing and they have certainly taken my mind off of my problems more times than I can count! After years of being actively employed, I suddenly became disabled by MS. I craft at home to stay busy and feel a sense of accomplishment. I love everything created by Anna Griffin and would love to be able to learn new skills and create with and make new friends online.

Attending create is not a possibility for me. Our special needs son who has been through so much, so much cancer and now an unexpected stroke. The finances are just not there. It would mean a break for a weary heartbroken caretaker. A chance to recharge and refresh. To interact with other crafters. I craft alone. It would mean more than I could possibly write here. I was lucky to attend the previous two years of Create. This year I’m not sure if I will be able to attend due to budget cuts (salary decrease). It’s a wonderful experience-my 1st Create was 2021 & also got to attend the Scrapbook classes this past spring. I don’t think at this point will get to attend – we’re remodeling our disabled daughters bathroom – so extra funds might be needed there.

Dear Anna, All of the dies look great! I would not mind winding any of them.

Well, Anna I certainly would love to have any of the dies you are gifting. However, since I had the opportunity to attend 2 of your virtual classes it was an experience I will never forget. I learned so much and use all the nifty things I learned. This time, I see no way I can put the class in my budget. I’m a senior on a fixed income. My rent went up $330. We are under new management and they have nothing in place for seniors. The former management helped us and only went up no more than $50. I definitely would love to win this class. Candy is so very generous to share her love of crafting at a Create event, it really is selfless and kind.
I would like to give this to my mother if I’m chosen. She is unable to leave her home do to mobility issues. She loves watching Anna create wonderful crafts on HSN and “the computer” (as she puts it). She no longer drives so she’s home most of the week and has spoken about Create wishing she would be able to participate.

I would just love to be part of the Create this year. I have wanted to do this for many years. What a great opportunity to meet new people and create something together. I teach genealogy at the local community college in Southeastern Arizona. I have come to realize it is the sharing and learning about our connections with each other here on earth that make life worth living. I have learned that we are all closer than we think we are, and when we share with each other our knowledge, talents, and love the world is a better place. Thanks for helping two people join in on the fun of create.

Candy you have a generous heart in giving one of us the chance to experience Anna’s Create experience! I have been an Anna’s fan since she started with QVC and the HSN, I have not ever won anything or attended the Create event. The first couple years I inquired and the event was sold out. Now I believe the event is vitual. I am not sure how I would be able to do the work. I broke my dominate right arm/shoulder and my hand movement is limited.

To Candy, that is one of the kindest and selfless things I have read about. You are a gem. I hope whomever wins this, has the same wonderful experience that the rest of us have had in the past. Bless you and Anna both.

Hello Anna, this is Sharon McGuire’s husband Kenneth. For the past few years I haven’t been able to work because of my health and do a lot of fun things with Sharon. Usually I would take her on vacation trips and push her wheelchair. Kaye Mitchell probably remembers that. Now that I physically can’t, she has really gotten back into your scrapbooking and card stuff. It is the only enjoyment she has. I have been able to give her the class programs as birthday and anniversary presents. (She sent you the “gift certificate” I gave her when I bought her finishing school.) This past year I have had four cancer surgeries and with the expenses of that and seeing out of state doctors I could not afford to enroll her in Create 8. This is the one thing I regret this year.

I have been using your products since 2018 and have never been able to attend any of your create events due to the cost!! I am a single woman who lives by myself and do buy many of your products but need to limit myself. Card making has changed my life as I have been through a lot of anxiety and depression. Crafting has given me a sense of purpose and self esteem that has been lacking most of my life. It makes me forget about whatever problems are bothering me and helps me to relax. Anna, another Griffinite has shown her true colors by this amazing donation. I, too, have been wanting to attend but am constrained by the cost. I know that magic box contains much more than the cost you charge but somehow, life always gets in my way when I plan to save for a large purchase such as this. My adult daughter and I lived on fixed incomes as she deals with developmental disabilities and I am just plain old. I would love to win of your give aways. I have responded several times, but, but have never won. As many people, I too have been fowwing you from your QVC days to present on HSN. I have many of your products and love them and you. I would also love to win the create pkg as I would love to join in the class, but the approx. $495.00 is way too expensive for my fixed income. I have watched videos of some people who attended the class and what they have learned and created is amazing. All can do is I just try to follow your HSN videos and image I am in a create class. We have had to make some decisions in our lives that are difficult but necessary. Some of us have faced great losses, illness and even the death of a loved one. Personal enrichment and pleasure is put on hold for the present time. My cup is always half full and never empty. I am grateful for the many blessings in my life. Create is waiting for me in the future and when it arrives I will be ready. 💕

I so enjoyed attending the Create 7 and being part as a guest, too. My life has been on a roller coaster ride with family health issues. My younger brother had a stroke and a traumatic brain injury. He has been hospitalized for over 64 days. We depleted all of our savings to go to CA to oversee his care for a month. We returned and now I am his official Medical Directive Agent and his Power of Attorney as we navigate the next chapter of his life. We hope to bring up to Idaho and oversee his care here. It will be extensive. I am grateful he lived and making progress.

I was hoping to attend the next Create 8 to learn more tips, tricks and techniques to be used to continue to bless people in my family, friends and Basque Community in Idaho. Unfortunately, it does not look like I will have the resources to do so this time around. I so appreciate learning and enjoy working with such beautiful and high quality products. I do not know how you choose someone to be deserving of attending this next Create but I thought I would be transparent and share my need and desire to attend.

I have been self isolated since this pandemic started. I am very selective as to where and why I go anywhere, now that I’m fully vaccinated. Hello. My name is Ruth. I’m a cancer patient since 2017. This has included 3 surgeries, radiation, chemo, and infusion treatments over these past five years. I’m still in treatment and have a Ct scan every 6 month. I have since developed a lung issue which keeps me at home most of the time. I have watched you for a lot of years and wished to come to Atlanta back when Create was an in person event. But the at home event would fit my situation now. I currently have one of the four meds I take daily that costs $592.00 a month so I’m not able to spend my funds on extras. I started my journey into card making with an Anna Griffin card kit and I’m still sending handmade cards to friends and family. I send the cards for all the special occasions and send bundles as gifts at Christmas. I would love to be a Create winner but I know there are folks out there that are dealing with a lot of financial issues. Thank you for reading my story. I’m so glad you are encouraging others to pay it forward. When you did create remotely I was able to participate, but I paid it forward by inviting 2-3 friends that couldn’t ever be able to afford crests. We shared the incredible create products and learned so much. This year I don’t have the money to afford create but will try for next year.
When you help others it makes you feel great and each day I try to do something for others. I encourage others to go one act of kindness each day no matter how small, we can make this world a better place. I love Anna griffin products and share my crafts with others.

I would love to be part of Create 8 this year but I can’t afford it. I have 4 other people who live with me and the only 1 who helps me is my son. Every time I turn around I am taking out another loan to help someone. Well my credit is shot. My funds are mostly depleted. It took me a year to go from monthly to annual for Finishing School. Create would be an important experience for me. I am elderly and a widow. It is difficult to get out of the house often due to cardiac and mobility issues. The use of my many Anna Griffin supplies has given me a sense of purpose and alleviates many boring days. I had previously want to attend Create but was not financially able to go. Being able to attend at home would provide me with an extraordinary experience. I have an adjustable bed where I can work and not be so physically taxed. I know too well how difficult these past few years have been for all of us. I, with more health issues than I bargained for but I soldier on. Candy, what a wonderful gift. I already have my ticket to Create. However, my best friend, Miki was recently forced retired and doesn’t have the resources to attend. She also just underwent the first of 3 knees and hip surgeries, which as a woman of more advanced age, is going to be a difficult recovery involving about 9 mos and being home bound. Hi Anna. I’m a nearly 80 years young fan and card maker who would love to join the Create 8 event. My fixed income won’t allow for that this year because like so many in these uncertain times I find my home is now home to three generations. I love that I am able to help out my family, but that means my other love (Anna Griffin card making supplies) has to take a back seat. I hope I’m the lucky winner of Candy’s generous gift. We are never too old to learn new crafting skills.

All are beautiful accessories for making special Holiday cards and scrapbooking, I’d be excited to have anyone of them.

I truly would love to attend Create, but the expense is beyond anything I can do. I don’t want to give details, however circumstances of the last few years have caused me to cut out this type of fun “adventure.” I know Create will be wonderful and full of fun times, and I’d love to be a part.

Create would be a such an uplifting event for me right now more than ever. On Aug. 5th my husband had a 2nd stroke, this one occurred on his brain stem and left him with breathing issues, unable to swallow and his right side is weak. Am he had to have a feeding tube inserted. He had 3 ambulance rides and was at two different hospitals. He is only 52. He has a long road to reforge and I have been stressed out if my mind. Worries about him, how to survive on just my income and how to pay for all the medical bills. Attending create would be a lifesaver. I sure could use a weekend away from all the stress and worries I have. Our kids are having a hard time dealing with all of this. Attending create would be so wonderful and bring some joy and fun back into my life .

Oh Anna I totally love your products and the things you create with them. Its better than hallmark! I would love to receive anything you have, but this create set would be and awesome thing to get. My husband thinks spending money in this kind of stuff is a waist. A friend at church got me into card making and shares what she has with them ladies at church once a month. She even has some of your stuff. Its awesome!

I would love for my sister, Kendell Williams, to be gifted a ticket to Create. She loves to craft and loves Anna and her products. She is so generous in every way. I recently had total knee replacement surgery and she stayed at my house for two weeks taking care of me and my husband. She has brought over many meals to help us out. My husband had a heart procedure yesterday and she went with us and waited the six hours with me at the Veterans Hospital. She is amazing and I am so grateful for her!

Winning Create 8 would be the stress-reliever craft that I so desperately need. My husband and I raised five blended-family children and we thought we would finally become empty nesters. Well, life has a way of throwing curve balls. Approximately seven years ago he and took custody of my three month year old nephew. That became quite challenging mentally. As my nephew got older (age 3) he became aware of being neglected by his biological father (who is my brother) and he started lashing out against himself, his daycare teachers and of course me. His behavior was uncontrollable even after many visits to the doctors, therapists and even prayer. This took a toll on my marriage and I found myself being in a mental state of depression…thinking that I was not as good of a mom to him as I was with my other children. Goodmess knows that I love my little one and would do anything for him. This state of mind that he and I went through lasted for years; it’s a bit better now but could definitely use more improvement. I need a major break…my winning Create 8 would give me at least three stree-free days off and I’ll probably have my nephew to join me in creating some of the projects because I’m sure he could use a break too. Please choose us!

The embossing folders would be such a great thing to have; I have been trying to use so many of the items I have and never used and that includes embossing and die cutting on my pages while also using up scraps and trying to use some of the beautiful AG paper I have from kits from many years ago…there are even some papers that was larger than 12×12 I found in a box I ordered so long ago :-). I want to step out from basic and go more elegant in my granddaughter’s pages and up the layouts for my new grandson’s pages which is out of my comfort zone but I’m sure will make better pages for my books for them.

How very generous-I retired a year ago and had I thought the economy and such would be in the state it is now, I do not think I would have retired. So of course I tightened my budget even more and that meant not purchasing like I used to to add to my scrapbooking and card making collection. I have plenty to use from way back when and am very grateful for that. My daughter who is a single mom or 2 and lives 10 hours from me would love to scrap and I think it would be great for us to do so together at times. When my granddaughter who is 7 visited this summer she and I put together a few basic pages with no pics to highlight some things she was interested in and also from our trip. My daughter also told me when I scrap pages of her and my 2 grandchildren to make sure I use my handwriting since that is very important for her to have on my pages…that made me feel great as I usually just print it out since I do not have the best handwriting. I would love to be able to have one of the sets but more so for my daughter, Jennifer to get her on the scraping and card making bandwagon and continue what I so love to do.

I am amazed at the generosity of Candy. What an amazing person she is! What a great chance she is gifting for a lucky someone to attend create. I’ve never been able to attend. Being retired sometimes you must pick where the dollars go. I purchase what I can when I can, as I’m sure alot of Griffinites do. Good luck everyone. I also do not have any of the cut and emboss folders. To win would definitely be a high light of my day.

Dear Anna and Team. I have to say this week’s Win It Weds made me chuckle and cry a little bit. The chuckle because my sweet fur baby sneakily stole my paper tricks folders. Thankfully they are still useable. Now the cry. Ms. Candy, you are a tender hearted woman. Generosity has become a scarce commodity in the times we currently live in.

Good morning, Anna, what a fun Win it Wednesday today is! The dies are fantastic, AG dies are my favorite and funny enough, I don’t have any of the three you’re giving away today. Also, what an incredibly nice and generous gift that both you and Candy are giving out. I absolutely know there are people in much more need than I am, though I’m not planning on going to Create this year. I would absolutely change that if I were lucky enough to win a Create box. I have a friend who just had elective double-mastectomy surgery last month, I bought her several tops to wear before her she gets her reconstruction surgery, and I can’t wait to give them to her and have a “haul” try-on. I so understand and agree that sharing with others is such a wonderful thing to do, I so enjoy it too!

I think you are amazing. That is such a wonderful gift of joy and love! Anna’s Crates are a very special time. There are a lot of us who wish we could do what you are doing and share that special time with someone who could never have the opportunity.

I have just begun to sort through my AG Christmas products because it is time for me to get started. I usually make about 100 cards for my friends and relatives. I never make 2 of a kind–all of my cards are designed differently. I would love to win one of these cut and emboss sets, especially the garlands, so that I can make my cards even more interesting and beautiful. Attending Create would be such an awesome experience, but beyond my budget as a retired person. I would appreciate your consideration for Create as a way to further learn new techniques and join the fun.
