Valentine’s Day is exactly one month away. For today’s Made Easy project, we’re going to create opulent valentines with our Valentine Easel Card Dies. What’s great about this set is that you can use all of your favorite papers, embellishments, sentiments and more!
Let’s make some valentines!
Lovely vintage inspired designs are what we do best!
First, get out your Empress machine and cut the following pieces: gold embellishment heart, gold card stopper and red background heart.
Next, cut 2 of the decorative hearts with a white metallic card stock.
Cut out your card base with a coordinating paper. Picking out your papers is one of the most fun steps in making easel cards.
Fold your score lines and add adhesive to the tab.
Place the background heart on top of the tab where you placed adhesive.
Add foam adhesive to the first white, intricate heart. Then, add the other die cut on top of it for added dimension.
Add the gold heart to the middle with foam adhesive.
Use our 120 Favorite Valentine Stickers to add vintage flair.
Top your easel card with a sentiment and bow.
Here are some other ways that you can use these gorgeous dies in your card making.
We hope that you enjoyed today’s tutorial. Sending love through the mail is one of my favorite things to do!
