Returns

Items eligible for return must have been purchased from www.annagriffin.com and not been opened or used. They must be in the original packaging and accompanied by the original receipt/packing slip.

We can only accept items purchased from our retail website.

Sorry, no returns for items purchased with custom printing.

Please note that returns/exchanges may take up to 14 days to be processed.

Getting Your Money Back

  • If received within 30 days of the original ship date, you will receive a full refund to the credit card used for the order.

Need to exchange an item?

  • Exchanges will be accepted within 30 days of the original ship date.

If you need to expedite an exchange, it’s recommended that you place a new order and send back your original order as a return.

Missing or Damaged Goods

  • If you have received incorrect or damaged items, please contact customer service within 7 days of receipt so that we can replace or take back these items for a full refund.
  • If you suspect your package is missing, please contact customer service within 14 days of the expected delivery date so that we can contact the carrier to investigate.
