Anna Griffin Inc. currently ships all orders using USPS, UPS or Fedex from Atlanta, GA.
Standard Orders are typically processed between 2-3 business days. Orders shipping to Canada are shipped within 3-5 business days. Personalized printed orders are shipped within 5-7 business days.
Transit times will vary based on the destination.
Flat Rate Service will take anywhere from 2-7 business day to deliver once shipped
If you select Expedited Service, standard orders will be delivered within 2 business days as long as your order is placed before 12pm EST Monday-Friday. If you select Expedited Service on personalized printed orders, your order will be shipped UPS 2nd Day when ready to ship.
Orders shipping to Canada will take anywhere from 7-10 days to deliver once shipped.

Items eligible for return must have been purchased from www.annagriffin.com and not been opened or used. They must be in the original packaging and accompanied by the original receipt/packing slip.
We can only accept items purchased from our retail website.
Sorry, no returns for items purchased with custom printing.
Please note that returns/exchanges may take up to 14 days to be processed.
Getting Your Money Back
- If received within 30 days of the original ship date, you will receive a full refund to the credit card used for the order.
- If received within 31 – 90 days of the original ship date, you will receive a credit on your account.
- If received past 90 days or marked as a final sale item, we will not process your return.
- If returning a gift within 1-90 days of the original ship date, you will receive an e-credit to be used for future purchases.
- If merchandise does not meet return policy requirements, Anna Griffin Inc. has the right to deny credit.

- Exchanges will be accepted within 1-90 days of the original ship date.
If you need to expedite an exchange, it’s recommended that you place a new order and send back your original order as a return.

Missing or Damaged Goods
- If you have received incorrect or damaged items, please contact customer service within 7 days of receipt so that we can replace or take back these items for a full refund.
- If you suspect your package is missing, please contact customer service within 14 days of the expected delivery date so that we can contact the carrier to investigate.
Here is everything you need to know about wholesale ordering:
- Opening order minimum: $300; Reorder minimum: $50
- Orders that do not meet these requirements are subject to a $15 handling fee.
- Opening order must be paid by credit card: Visa, MasterCard, or American Express.
- Net 30 is available upon credit approval for existing customers. Please allow 2-4 weeks for processing.
- A 2% monthly service charge will be applied to all past due invoices.
- A $25 service charge will be applied for all returned checks.
- Sorry, no returns or exchanges on wholesale orders. All sales are final.
- Claims for shortages must be submitted within 5 days of receipt of merchandise.
- Damaged merchandise claims must be submitted within 3 days of receipt of merchandise.
