This is a fantastic kit for any season. I love that you can creat houses that reflect all the seasons. The accessories for the holidays are beautiful and fun. I am thrilled with this kit and the lessons that come with it. This is the best house kit yet and I would recommend it for anyone. Especially those who want to light up the recipients life for years to come.

As far as easel cards go, this is my favorite. I made house warming, welcome home soldier, welcome home baby, home for the holidays, even stuck at home (quarantine) cards. There are some dies that are going to take a beating (the candle stick, one of the windows) because there is no way to release the cardstock otherwise. I did find it helpful to cut these with the die facing upward and the paper on top, cutting into the plate. I cut both ways. I cut the card base and shadow panel upward for nice clean edges. The other dies, I cut into the magnetic mat for the embossing. There’s an ample supply of wreaths and if you ever run low, there’s a die too. This kit is a labor of love and I strongly suggest cutting the windows and other embellishments ahead of time because you will spend a lot of time cleaning out the dies between cuts.
