New annagriffin.com Website

On November 18, 2023, Anna Griffin Inc. launched its new website. We've crafted this support page to give details that you need to know before shopping. We will also update this page with any "known issues" we are working on.

If you experience any challenges, please let us know by email at hello@annagriffin.com. We have a web support team standing by to address any issues you are experiencing.

Important Notes:

  • Your account profile and order history will be migrated from the old website to the new website. 
  • To gain access to your account, you must first "activate" your account via an email invitation we sent to all customers on November 18th, 2023. Please search your SPAM folder for the email title "Welcome to the NEW annagriffin.com!"
  • All orders, including those placed through Sunday, November 12th, 5:30 p.m. will be migrated to the new site.
  • If you are an AG Member, your subscription was also migrated. Once you "activate" your account, you will be able to access all of your member benefits.
  • Please note, as an AG Member, your subscription will NOT auto-renew. Your payment method was not migrated for security purposes. We will notify you by email before your renewal date.

Known Issues:

  • Order history is currently not available yet. 
  • Gift card email contains a visual error for specific email clients. 
  • If you cannot find your activation email in your spam folder please contact hello@annagriffin.com to request us to resend again.
