Let’s take a look at a few ways to work with these mini, but mighty dies!
The Mini Fretwork Dies are made to layer together to create amazing dimension on your cards and scrapbook pages. Let’s make this card together!
First, cut the shadow layer out of a patterned paper. This allows the intricate layer to have good contrast.
Use our matte gold foil card stock to cut out the intricate layer.
Use contrasting colors and diecut the key strike plate and center embellishment.
Add your shadow layer with foam adhesive.
Top the shadow layer with the intricate layer.
Add the key strike plate to the middle of your intricate layer.
Add the white embellishment
Add a sentiment to the middle with foam adhesive.
Add a couple of your favorite flowers to each side.
Here is a way to expand your imagination!
Cut and emboss the key strike plate background and shadow layer. Use a craft knife or scissors to cut in half.
Attach at opposite ends to extend the design.
Top with the layered larger diecuts in this set.
Use foam adhesive to add the embellishment with a sentiment of your choice.
Add visual interest with your favorite flowers and embellishments.
Here are a few more examples using our Mini Fretwork Dies. We hope you’re inspired and ready to make these gorgeous cards!
