Halloween is coming up, and will be here before you know it! We want to make several projects today using our Halloween For All Kit https://annagriffin.com/product/halloween-for-all/; this collection of cardstock, embellishments and sentiments includes spooky favorites from over the years! Whether you are a card maker, love to create scrapbooks or even if you are looking to create treat boxes and other Halloween crafts, this kit is for you!
Let’s get to crafting!
Let the patterns be your guide!
Fussy cut around the patterns to break apart a layer.
Put the pieces back together on top of a different Halloween pattern.
Add decorative touches like a glitter border, embellishments and a Halloween sentiment.
Another idea is to create layers on your card.
Take two patterns from Halloween For All and cut using our Birthday Layer Cut and Emboss Folder.
Fussy cut one of the cut layers and adhere it to the other to form a two toned layer.
Add your diecut and embellishments with double-sided adhesive.
A sentiment calling for Best Witches For A Happy Halloween completes your card!
A fun way to create a creepy background on your cards is to tear your layers.
Use a ruler to be your guide and tear the paper diagonally.
Use double-sided adhesive to attach the torn layers to a piece of 5 x 7 matte gold cardstock.
Finish your card with the perfect sentiment a a couple of frightful bats!
To extend your Halloween For All Kit, use your favorite dies in concert with all of the parts and pieces.
For the following card, we used our Playful Scenes Die Set: https://annagriffin.com/product/playful-scenes-die-set/ and our Concentric Frame Dies: https://annagriffin.com/product/product-40/.
Use your craft knife to fussy cut your glitter diecuts.
Just look how we created a scene by combining both of these diecuts.
This kit is so much fun to mix and layer with! Here are a few more examples.
Combining patterns is always a good idea!
Because you get 5 x 7 and 12 x 12 papers, this kit is perfect for making scrapbook pages.
We hope that today’s tutorial gives you lots of ideas using our Halloween For All Kit.
