Fan Mail Friday- Highlighting Friendships
Hello friends,
Today’s Fan Mail Friday is so wonderful. We got to hear from Griffinites from all around the country about what is going on in their lives, the occasions they are crafting for and so much more. Lots of you are still writing in to tell us how much you enjoyed our Crop at Home 2 event, and that brings us so much joy! We received some blast from the past items that are fun to share with you, notes to say hello and even a beautiful pen pal story!
Come see what came into the office this week!
Michele took us on a walk down memory lane with her beautiful cards and advertisements from her magazine collection. She also sent early birthday wishes, so fun!
It’s so good to hear from our friend Robin. Robin, know that we are thinking of you always and sending you a big, big hug!
Ramona is so sweet to say that she is a better crafter because of us. She loves and looks forward to our blog and new products!
Yours truly is on the inside of Ramona’s card!
Kitty loved Create Crop at Home, and the Kirigami Dies are some of her favorites!
Inside of Kitty’s card!
Sandie was one of our lucky Win It Wednesday winners. She won some of our edge dies, and sent us a thank you card using them!
Michele had a wonderful time at Crop at Home 2, and sent us this gorgeous card and scrapbook page documenting the special occasion. So glad you enjoyed!
Here are 2 of the friends Roxie sent Anita while they were pen pals. They are both so beautiful, and we are proud to display her lovely cards in her honor. Thank you Anita for your kindness in reaching out to a fellow Griffinite, and showing us all why we craft. What a testament to this community!
Finally, Barbie sent in this amazing card and an invitation to the 1st Annual Arizona Griffin Gals Meet and Greet and Tea Party! How fun! There are 69 members and they have 2 days of events planned. As she says, “Girls just want to have fun!”
Fan Mail Friday is the absolute best! We love this community and seeing your friendships grow and flourish in our crafting events, in local meet ups and even through being pen pals. You are such a special group of people and we cherish each and every one of you! If you would like to submit a card or project for Fan Mail Friday, you can mail it to 99 Armour Drive NE, Atlanta, GA 30324! A note: we have moved our June Finishing School Live to Friday, June 24th, 2022 at 12pm EDT!
Love,
Anna

I didn’t expect to be in tears at the end of Fan Mail Friday, but it’s a good thing. My hearth is full with love.
Fan mail Friday, what a tear jerker today. I know what it is like losing a crafting friend . When I heard this story It was like yesterday. I lost my friend Susan. I know she is in heaven crafting . Thats where she was her happiest. Miss you Susan. Sorry for your lose Anita. Roxie is probably at a crafting table with my friend Susan and a lot if others.

I almost could not believe it when I saw the incredible Kirigami cards! I have NEVER seen this Nything like these, and I have no idea about the dies/techniques used to make them. I only know they are AMAZING!!! I was also in awe of thee card with the pop p flower collage n the center. The tiny bee and the dragonflies with the tiny pearl embellishments! I REALLY love these, and I am going to try to recreate them when I find some dragonflie dies or pre-cuts! No kidding, this week’s cards are some of the most inspiring I have seen in a while. Crafters, thank you for sharing them.
Feel better soon, Anna! My birthday is 2 days before yours so yours is easy to remember!
So very moved by Roxie and Anita’s story and the special moment of highlighting Roxie’s cards. What a great “full circle” journey in the Anna Griffin community.
On a lighter note Anna, Happy “Belated” birthday and Happy “Early” birthday (August 5).😃

Wow! What beautiful artwork! I haven’t had a chance to try out the kirigami does yet but that card was really cool.

Many times I’m thank for sending them and I tell them it why I do it the smiles on their faces! The happiness it brings and we could all use more happiness. So thank you Anna and your team for all you do!
Such beautiful cards and gifts! Fan Mail Friday could easily be called “Feel the Love” Day. It’s in every item that crosses your table!
Well done, everyone!

First Anna, feel better soon!! Rest and binge watching your fave show should help!
Then what a darling story shared by Anita and so sorry to hear Roxie has passed. We know she’s an Angel now and she was a fabulous card crafter, wish she could have shared with us much earlier.
The walk down magazine memory lane was wonderful to see.
Great FMF!!
Anna everyone loves you like I do. It is touching to see you get recognition.
Cards are beautiful tfs.
Eventually I hope be able to attend a Crop at Home. Event. Pre-Covid I thought I would visit my daughter in Senoia and possibly be able to attend one of your events. They look like so much fun!
Ramona’s Kirigami card was very impressive.
What a thoughtful idea she had to use someone’s photograph on the inside.
I have been recuperating from a fractured hip and haven’t bought them yet . The card reminds me of the beautifully illustrated. pages I’ve viewed in Victorian books. Everyone is always so enthusiastic and creative with your products !
Anna, we pray you feel better soon. Try to get some much needed rest if at all possible. God bless you for all you do for others.
So sorry you feel less than your best and that this is short-lived! You are brave and dedicated to carry on, but now I hope you can go home and go to bed for some much needed rest. Blessings and good wishes for restored health. Beth Jones
Beautiful thoughts of memories, love and friendship in this weeks inspired, loving cards. Feel better Anna. REST!
I love fan mail Friday and look forward to it every week. Sorry to hear you are not feeling well. I hope it’s not too late to get the Kirigami die. I was on the fence about it until I saw the one with your picture! Wow! Please have more, Anna! 💕
So sorry you’re feeling poorly! 💝🙏💝🙏
What a special Fan Mail Friday. Of course, I have tears and I would have loved to meet Roxie and I don’t know if I have ever met Anita. I sincerely hope you can come to AZ for our gathering. You are welcome to stay with me. Love and love.
Thank you all for sharing with us. Anita, a special thank you for sharing the cards made by Roxie and Anna for sharing their story. It truly was moving.
Beautiful cards and crafters. Love all the Iris cards. Please bring those back. Before my time but love them. Feel better Anna. ❤️
Beautiful!! Great job everyone!
So wonderful all to share ! Sweet pictures, stories and memories..
Fan Mail Friday is on of my favorite times of the week! But really all of Anna Griffin BLOGS are a favorite for all the sharing that goes on in her crafting world.. Will admit that I miss that creative world!
Found it so funny that one of your contributors dogs brought toys to distract her from creating cards. Our Muffin does that as well. When it doesn’t work she heaves a big sigh and nudges my leg with a cold nose to remind me to go to bed.. Our cats were more direct and would opt to lay
on the projects. Crafters foes: lack of time and ignored fur people.
Craft on!
So nice to see everyone’s works of art! So lovely. So many talented people.
Debbie
Great cards!
How lovely, especially te story and your comments at the end. ❤️
Sweet stories and lovely cards! Enjoy Fan Mail Fridays so much!
Wonderful cards and pages. Yes I agree with them all in how much fun CAH2 was. I truly loved making the scrapbook pages. I love my Kirigami Die and excited to use it
Anna, you have created a beautiful community of fun and caring crafters
Thank you for all of these wonderful moments in our lives
See ya on June 24 at FS 🥰
I love Anna’s products. Been making cards for family and friends for many years. I send them to people at church who are in need. Some I don’t even know. People in nursing homes and ones who are sick. Thank you Anna. Yvonne DeVaney
Hi beautiful Anna, it was so sweet of you to film Fan Mail Friday even when you are sick knowing that we all love and look forward to every Friday. Take good care of yourself and squeeze in plenty of rest! Everything you shared was so beautiful and heartwarming. Thank you for being the wonderful, loving, inspirational, kind and generous person that you are!!! You are so loved! Get well soon! ❤️

Really lovely!
Hello Anna & Team
Fan Mail Friday never disappoints! The Kirigami cards were stunning. But the cards that brought me to tears, were from our dear Anita. Such a blessing to have friends no matter what season of life. Feel better Anna xoxo
Blessings
Thanks for sharing such beautiful cards as always a great Fan Day. Also I hope you feel better soon Anna. Take some time for yourself.
I am sorry that you don’t feel well, I pray that you get well quickly! It’s a blessing to be able to watch Fan Mail Friday especially todays. Seeing all the pretty cards, hearing you read the letters from the ladies is helping me to move forward as I grieve the loss of my birth mom, Linde Elaine Gallagher. She loved flowers, crafting and fur babies! Several of todays cards made the tears flow because they had some of her favorite things on them!
Oh, f you heard an employee mention a lady crying in the bathroom at your office yesterday…it was me.
Sorry I repeated a sentence. I was distracted and repeated a sentence. Please excuse me!
Diane Gil
Enjoyed hearing about and seeing all the pretty cards as usual! Sorry to hear that you’re not doing well and I hope you’re better soon. I’m also hoping you will feel better soon! I’m hoping you don’t get Covid! I’m just getting over it but having had all my shots, I haven’t had a bad case, luckily. Thanks for all the sharing you do with us. I have been buying so MANY of your products on HSN!!! I’m needing a bigger craft room!!! But before I leave you, I’m going to shop at your “store”! I couldn’t finish shopping as I had to leave for a meeting. Diane Gil
Anna,
Sending you good and healing vibes💕💐
Get well soon!
I love all the cards and the story about Roxie & Anita made me teary eyed.
I get a lot of inspiration from Fan Mail Friday. I also think it’s the best time of the week!
I still feel Anna’s ache with the loss of her mother.
I sent a verse that I wrote, when she first mentioned her mother’s passing.
I never heard if she got it or if someone else snipped it and put their name on it.
Mother loss is something that stays within a soul which tells us there is more to a Mother than just a presence.
Anna be better….I have lost so many valuable people the past two years and when I hear a friend cough or sneeze, I stop and say a little prayer..
sleep is when we all heal, don’t fight it.
So beautiful!!
Rosie and Anita brought a tear. That was very special.
Your kindness spreads to so many others. Thank you Anna!
Kara
