Fan Mail Friday – Getting Ready to Crop!

Hello Griffinites,

We are always happy to end the work week with all of our favorite people! National Scrapbook Month is off with a bang! We want to thank you again for joining us during Craft Day on HSN this past Tuesday. Tomorrow is National Scrapbook Day– so be sure to create a special page or two to house your favorite memories. We are gearing up for the second annual Anna Griffin Crop at Home 2, and if you are still looking to attend this is your last chance!

We have great things to share with you today!

Anita sent a beautiful, gilded card that said, ” It’s Time to Watch Anna on HSN!” This is so fun, Anita; thank you for sending.

Doreen won the Reticulated Border Dies on Win It Wednesday, and decided to send us a pretty thank you!

Georgie and Duke sent the cutest card (via Mary Beth), for Mother’s Day. In the cards is a fun poem and an explanation for the word catnipulation. What’s that you ask?

Catnipulation- The techinique used by cats that enables them to get whatever they want.

We recognize this card, Coco! She sent this thank you card for her Win It Wednesday prize. She said that her summer school class will be thrilled to use them!

Sherry is getting ready for Crop at Home 2 by making shirts. She also sent a wonderful apron for us too! She is making her best friend of 40 years a scrapbook, so special!

This card is from the special ladies in the North Carolina Tarheel Griffinites. They sent the most amazing scrapbook, filled with pages and pages by Griffinites and all about themselves, crafting and more. This is such a wonderful project- thank you all!

  • Oh so sweet! The album took my breath away……..! I’m sitting here in KY watching the days events on TV of the Kentucky Derby. I would love to see you and your team of Designers do some items in Horse Themes as Kentucky is the Horse State and Horses can be used on cards and scrapbooks year round. I’ve been to the Kentucky Horse Park Museum and seen the history of horses from the beginning of time and it is quite extensive. I would love to have some dies of horses, saddles, boots, etc. I only have the horseshoe that is on one of your cut & emboss folders. Hope you could look into this request and I am sure other card makers would love these items too!

    • From here in Calif. watched the derby. Got chills listening to the singing of state song, and then the race. Unforgettable.

  • This was so exciting to see the vast array of all that was sent in today in honor of National Scrapbook Month, Mother’s Day and of course the upcoming Crop at Home 2. I have been wanting to go to your Crops for years but unable to do so. thank you Anna Griffin for offering your Crop at Home through HSN.   • Happy Mother’s Day everyone. Anna, love all the submissions, especially the scrapbook. I make cards for family and friends, but scrapbooks are my favorite crafts. Over the years I have made about 50+ albums for myself and gifts for family and dear friends. Besides the registry gifts for the shower, I created albums for my three nieces and all they had to do was insert their wedding photos. They absolutely loved them and Anna I cannot take all the credit since I pretty much used all your papers and embellishments creating them.
