Fan Mail Friday – Spring Greetings
Hello crafters,
It has been a wonderful first week of spring, and we received some of the most beautiful fan mail. We are excited to share it with you! Thanks to everyone who took the time to write, send a note of gratitude for a prize that they won and even to share with us what is going on in their lives. We love getting to know you through your cards and letters!
Let’s catch up!
Our friend Susan made an amazing card with the Sugar Egg Dies and the Diorama Dies. What a beautiful Easter work of art!
Here is the inside of Susan’s card! Look at all of the pretty details.
We are so happy that we heard from Sharon who lives right here in Atlanta. She and her family used to live in the US Virgin Islands, and she wrote on our blog to win the Gazebo Dies– and won with her story! We are so happy to know you, Sharon!
Yvonne won the Easter Egg Cut and Emboss Folders and sent us her first Easter card! Thank you Yvonne, we really do enjoy the calorie free chocolate bunnies.
All The World’s Alive Again by Jennifer Gunner
The rabbit hops its gentle step
The lark sings its lyric songs
All the world’s alive again
Spring rights the winter’s wrongs
Janice sent the above poem, this gorgeous easel card and a wonderful letter. She is seeing signs of spring in Illinois and they are watching the calves grow on their pasture. She hopes that we all have a spring full of beauty.
Your spring projects are so inspiring! If you would like to send us a card for Fan Mail Friday, you can mail it to us at 99 Armour Drive NE, Atlanta, GA 30324. We love to display your amazing works of art on our entry table. Help us decorate for Easter! For more crafting, be sure to join us on HSN next week.
Our National Craft Month shows are on Tuesday, March 28th at 1am, 3pm, 7pm and 9pm. We hope to see you there for amazing hours of crafting and your one chance to get Create | Crop At Home 3 with your HSN card and on Flex Pay! You can watch on your tv, or online here.
Bye for now,
Anna

As always Fan Mail Friday does not disappoint, creativity knows no bounds
I love Fan Mail Friday. What a pick-me-up at the end of the week. Thanks to all who sent cards. Each one is a piece of your heart. Besides the cards, I love to read the comments…all of them! I feel like I am getting to know some of you through your comments AND what you create. It’s plain that we all appreciate beautiful things!
Hi Anna. I agree with your comment that the cards are getting better and better. Maybe not but I am surprised happily that there are more and more surprises. Good job all crafters that participated this week.
Il ove the tropical gazebo card.
OMG, what beautiful springtime cards. I also love their comments and sweet words to you and your staff Anna.
I agree with the lady that said a bakery store would be great. Lots of sweets, macarons, cakes, and pretty cookies . And of course, every bakery should have flowers in its store. Please Anna.
OMG, gorgeous beyond words… and what beautiful words were written to you Anna.
I agree we need a bakery store with miniature sweets, macarons, cakes and flowers. Please Anna. I loved that flower cart made into a bakery cart.
These are fabulous. I love all three.
Seeing these beautiful cards brightens my day when it’s cloudy and stormy outside. I have been inspired by all the talent that I have increased the number of Easter cards I’m sending out this year. The cut and emboss dies have been a lifesaver for me
Thank you, thank you
I would love to win a Simply Birthday card kit.

Everything Irish on St. Patrick’s Day
Loved the St. Patrick card luck of the Irish
What beautiful cards!!! Love them all and am now more motivated than ever!!!
Lovely beyond words. Susan just has the magic touch. As a life-long admirer of Easter Sugar Eggs, this diorama sugar egg card has me in awe. The hand coloring and sugar sparkle capture the best possibilities for the wonder of sugar egg work. Thank you, Susan, for the joy and inspiration of this card, and thank you, Anna, for sharing it and bringing us all such wonderful things for the spring season.
Wow, wow, wow! Such beautiful cards. These blog entries are such a highlight of my day. Thanks for sharing. Have a great weekend everyone 🙂
I love when you post the cards received each week. It’s time for me to get artistic and send one. I have the AG products but my creativity needs some assistance so I joined AG! That and a protein smoothie should do the trick. Or lots of coffee, hahaha
Wow they are fantastic. Great creativity.
Everything on this blog is just spectacular! 🐇🐣🌺🌞

Your Sugar Egg/Diorama card gets my vote for the blue ribbon on this week’s FMF, Susan, and how gracious of you to mention everyone’s creations. Thanks!
Gaila
Suprise always on Fan Mail Friday, the first card you show is a flip card and Heck I have one of those kits and will get it out and try to make one as pretty as the one you are showing off. Then a bit later I hear and see the card June Estep made. Glad to see her card and reason to give her a jingle and see what she’s up to. She’s famous ’round here ya know. She paints all over town. Actually DOES paint windows for business folks and is Amazing. I know she keeps busy making Anna’s card kits as well. Glad she’s my friend too. (So inspiring) Laurie
Sorry I meant Janice 😊
Lovely cards ♥️ and thanks Jennifer for your beautiful poem. Have a great weekend everyone 😍
Spring has sprung and sparked such beautiful projects! So much talent! I love seeing everyone’s creations and admit I am invious of your imagunations. Good job everyone!

I love the two pictures of your card. What larger flowers did you use on the bottom?

Hi Karen, thank you!
I used the new AG Celebration flower sticker set (same flower stickers were also in last summer’s AG Big Celebration Birthday Box).
Just so beautiful and inspiring pieces of art!
Thank you all for the beautiful inspiration! Janice, I love your creativity!
So beautiful and filled with blessings of the seasons!
Amazing cards. Just beautiful and creative.
So much fabulous talent in this group! The Easter carriage is awesome. I love to see your creations.
The cards are beautiful! Sharon’s gazebo card is the best, I love it!!! 😍
Thanks for sharing…❤️😘
The cards are cute, and I really like the easel card
So creative and beautiful!
Lovely Spring cards. I love Easter cards that I are not about the bunny, but about the cross. I had better get busy and make some.
Don’t you just love Spring?!
Every one of the creations is beautiful.
Thank you for sharing these gorgeous cards! Susan’s diorama card is stunning. Does part of it have a crystal coating? It looks like a real sugar egg!
-
Hi Ruth! Yes, I used water based pigment inks on the sugar egg dies before die cutting and also added more pigment after die cutting to paint/color areas of the die cuts. After drying, I coated the colored die cuts with clear embossing ink ( I like the WOW brand for this) and then dusted with clear sparkle embossing powder and fixed with a heat gun.
You’re just so darned loveable! You really are ☺️🌻💣
Hello Anna & Team-
It is always a great time to stop, sip a cup of tea and enjoy the beauty of creativity that can only be found on Fan Mail Friday! Thank you to all those who shared their stories and poured their hearts into their works of art xoxo
Blessings
Happy Fri-Yay Anna, team and all Griffinites! The cards today are simply stunning!! I strive to be as artistic as these talented crafters. Your products certainly allow us to shine, Anna – thank you! Sending wishes to all for a wonderful and blessed weekend. ❤️ 😊 🌸
So very beautiful. Susan’s Sugar Egg Diorama card is WOW. I used it to make a shaker for a belly band on my take of the Drawbridge Card from a previous Finishing School Live. If I can figure it out I will post in Community.
I LOVE the Carriage turned Easter Parade. Was blown away with it in Craftspration Thursday.
Every week you show us how everyone has taken your mantra Beautiful In The Making and increased it 10 fold. Your fans are constantly inspiring me.
Thank you for all you do to bring such beauty and joy into our lives.
Happy Crafting!!
