Crop At Home 3 Border Dies – Made Easy

Hello friends,

We just finished up at beautiful weekend together at Crop at Home where we crafted and connected in the most wonderful way this past Friday, Saturday and Sunday. We are still pinching ourselves over the incredible stories, memories and projects that happened over those 3 days. One unique thing about this year’s Crop at Home event was the amazing tools that came inside the box; it was filled with paper collections, frame dies, title dies, border dies, a pouch full of swag and more! But, for the first time the Crop at Home 3 Border Dies are available a la carte, and on sale on our website this week. You will love the way that they create the most magnificent texture and visual interest on your pages, and can even be cut to work with your cards!

Come see how we used the Crop at Home 3 Border Dies.

First, use the large scallop border die to cut a piece of matte gold cardstock.

Create colored shadow layers and pair them with the matte gold borders with foam adhesive.

Start to layer the borders together as shown on your 12 x 12 cardstock (we used Annalise).

Make the same layered borders on the bottom of your page. Start with the light pink and gold, then place the dark pink and gold inside it.

Finally a light blue and gold lace border gets tucked in.

Add a frame to the right of your page as shown.

Add another frame with your photo, slightly askew to show the color underneath.

Place a small frame under the photo and add a collage of Annalise embellishments to the bottom left of your page.

Finish your page with another small frame with sentiment and a couple of gold foil bees.

Now y0ur gorgeous page is ready for the scrapbook. You are going to love having all of  your favorite memories displayed in such a wonderful way!

I learned so much from the event and the best part of the event was the prep videos, I was able to not be stressed and watch closely all of the techniques Anna was teaching us. The only one I had an issue with was the pleading but I am going to go back and watch the reply and redo my page. Other than that the experience was amazing and cannot wait for Create 9 to get here.
