Our favorite thing each week is seeing all of the new creations you make. This week our social media channels were full of amazing 3D projects like Beth’s hat card, Halloween cards a la Deborah and stunning 3D home decor like Maria’s. It looks like several of you have received your Gazebo Dies and are making incredible cards and scrapbook pages! We know that you will be inspired by today’s Craftspiration post and all of the amazing things your fellow crafters have created.
In Finishing School Robin wrote, “I was gifted some Chanukah embellishments by dear friends and was able to make a few cards that will be auctioned off for a charity. I can’t wait for Anna’s Chanukah card kit to come out.”
Deborah shared, “I think Sugar Skulls should look sugary, so here’s my take on them, been coloring like crazy, but this is one of my faves. I’ve used the Handsome 5×7 die, added multi-colored ribbon in my fave Halloween colors–purple, orange and lime, used the spider web cut/embossing folder for my background layer, then added the colored Sugar Skull with a Spectacular Starburst behind, in our new Spooky Matte Foil cardstock as well as AG green pearlized cardstock, then I included some flocked roses and a bit of glitz feather for her hat! (taken from Handsome Spinner Kit) I’d say she’s got it to flaunt it, I mean haunt it, for Halloween!”🎃💀
What a sweet project!
Beth posted, “My sister in-law Terri’s birthday is October 5th, and she so loved the hat easel cards I made for FMF , so I made one for her. This time I used one of the dies from the Cut Away Circle Frames set to construct the Easel and the brim of the hat. I used the round shadow die from the Anniversary Dies to make the top part of the hat. I constructed the hat box on my Cricut and decorated it using the Square Pleated Ribbon Dies and the Mini Flower and Foliage Dies 2.”
So gorgeous, Beth!
Terry posted, “My version of Anna’s card from last Tuesday’s Tutorial. I do believe the 3D Ribbon Edge Dies are my favorite!”
We love your interpretation, Terry!
Jane wrote, “I crafted a birthday card 🎂 for my aunt. I initially did not think I would use the Oblong Dies so I passed on them. I ordered them somewhat recently and they have become my new fave! I love the lacy corners! I chose an older AG sentiment and a gold bow to go with Anna’s Vintage Garden Diecuts. Inside I added diecuts from the Birthday Decoupage Dies set.”
Michele also did her take on last week’s Made Easy project! She said, “My version of this week’s Tutorial Tuesday card.”
Dawna posted, “It’s been some time since I posted in finishing school, I do hope you’re all doing well! It’s been a busy year for us, with several home renovations under way. I fell in love with Anna’s Carriage card and knew it would be perfect for my granddaughter’s upcoming birthday. You can’t see it, but I used a glitter pen to add some sparkle to all the flowers. Thanks for having a peek!” ~ Dawna
Such a fun and cheerful card!
Maria shared, “This past week my 14 year old granddaughter asked if I could make her some art work for her new bedroom!! So here it is!! All Anna Griffin paper!!”
Wow! Maria these are beautiful works of art! What a gorgeous addition to your granddaughter’s new bedroom!
Richard said, “Finished a birthday card for a special person more pics to follow.”
What a beautiful card, Richard! All of the details are magnificent.
Marie said that she is “so glad my Gazebo Dies finally landed.”
Terri shared, “Made this for my granddaughter’s 16th birthday coming up.”
Loraine posted, “The Gazebo Dies make elegant scrapbook pages!”
