Craftspiration- October 13th, 2022
Hi crafters,
It has been so much fun seeing all of your spooktacular Halloween crafts in action! Today is October 13th, and there are lots of amazing projects from spooky wagons to haunted carriages and so much more. It’s easy to see why Halloween is one of our very favorite times of the year to make cards and 3D cards for. Along with this week’s frightfully delightful projects, we are also seeing Christmas projects created with new crafting items with the October 4th shows. The Woodie Wagon Easel Dies make several appearances and so do our new Paper Ornament Dies!
Come see this week’s inspiring projects!
Rebecca said, “Made cards for my daughter and her friend to give teachers and my grandson’s day care classmates.”
We know that these cards are as fun to make and they will be to give!

Jane wrote, “I love these Anna Griffin Inc. Rococo Dies!! I’ve been crafting a lot of Halloween cards with them. But wait! My Sunday Share is a card my great friend & fellow Arizona Griffin Gal crafted for me. Check this out!! She created this beautiful photo card with a photo from our shopping excursions during our First Annual In-Person Arizona Griffin Gals meet up. She used the Photo Card Easel Dies from Create 7. I received this in the mail this week and was super happy. Thank you, Pam Brink!”

Maria posted, “Loving this new die set that I just got!”
Cute cards, Maria!

Cynthia shared, “I am playing with ornaments this weekend. They are satisfying to put together and so fun to decorate.”
Be sure to send us a photo of your tree this year!

Loraine wrote, “I knew when I saw this die I would be turning the Woody Wagon into a Little Red Truck!”
Great idea!

Terry said, “Sharing a card made for our niece’s upcoming wedding. Featuring the Gazebo dies & Carte Noire paper.”

Tina shared, “Loved getting my angels this week! I made this with the Carte Noire paper kit that is so pretty! Someone very special will get this Christmas card.”

Susan posted, “I made a Pumpkin Easel card with spider base to thank a neighbor for her fantastic Halloween display. She made her giant spider herself!”
How fun!

Sheri said, “My Halloween cards with Anna’s dies and supplies from my craft room.”

Sharon posted, “Spooky town!”
Michele shared, “For some reason, after seeing a few cards with the Neoclassic Dies, I thought about using it in a crypt in a Halloween card. Unfortunately, my dies are on extended delivery until January. But a wonderful fellow Griffinite came to my aid and cut a few sets of these dies for me. As you can see the door of the crypt is broken and the ghosts are escaping!”
How nice! This community is the best!

Beth said, “I decided to make another 3D train using the Antique Train easel dies. This time I made a Gingerbread train. The dollops of whip cream I made on my Cricut along with gingerbread train depot and signal. I also opted to make the train depot light up. It was an all weekend project but I had fun making it.”
Wonderful work as always, Beth!

Vickey shared, “Anna’s Woodie Wagon die set arrived yesterday and I wanted to get started right away! I see a lot of versatility with this set. (All Anna, except the clear acetate strip behind the bats, and the wood veneer card stock, both from my stash).”
Adorable card, Vickey! Great idea.

Mary posted, “Woodie Wagon Makes a Halloween Run. This is my first attempt at a Halloween version of the Woodie Wagon!”

Adorable Beth Turchi train. Please include me for Win It Wednesday
The pumpkin centerpiece made with the border dies is thinking way out of the box! Just beautiful.
My Granddaughter was born how Halloween!. How cute would these Pumpkin cards be with the birthday goodie bags attached. All sitting by the door for the children to-take as they leave the party ? How excited they would be and full of wonder throughout the party seeing them all sitting there in like a little pumpkin patch. I would love to be a WINNER ! But I think these pumpkin cards are in fact a seasonal “DECOR WINNER!” For sure!
Such an amazing projects, those are beautiful to take as inspiration. I am working in my pumpking easel cards to give to my creepy-friends for this coming halloween 🙂
Wow what a spectacular showing this week, great job everyone. Very inspirating. Have a great day and weekend.

I can’t wait!
So inspiring! I am still working on my Halloween cards and as time passes I keep adding more friends to the list. A surprise was that my husband asked me to give him the crafting supplies so he could make Halloween cards for his friends! I was shocked but quickly gave him lots of spiders, crows, skulls etc. –all creepy. He actually did a good job on them . I did help with doing adhesives but he did the designs. So I am happy that not only does he like me making cards for everybody but he is willing to include his buddies!
These cards are amazing. I especially loved the train. It was so intricate and realistic and I’m sure it took a long time to create. She did an Fantastic job. Everyone is so talented. Keep up the great work girls.

🧡🖤🧡🖤 WOW!!! I love all the Halloween projects…they are just amazing. Beth’s gingerbread train is outstanding…….I can’t even put into words how fantastic her train and depot are. I absolutely love Loraine’s scrapbook page. 🎄🎄🎄 but then I am a scrapbooker first then a card maker. I love the Woodie Wagon and making it into a pickup truck is genius. Love Tina’s pink and black Christmas card, nice getting away from the traditional red and green. I keep going back and looking at Beth’s gingerbread train and depot and even the signal. It is just gorgeous!!!!! All of the jack-o-lanterns and the haunted houses, the haunted Woodie Wagons, the crypt with broken door, and all the Halloween projects are impressive. Happy Halloween 👻🎃🖤🕷💀🧡

What great Halloween ideas everyone. I want that Train Set that Beth Turchi made – absolutely adorable !!! That is really worth a whole weekend of workmanship. Enjoyed all the cards & what have you that were shared. I never made Halloween items before (I know, shame on me) but after this couple of weeks of seeing so many items you guys have made I think I’m going to get started with them for next year as I don’t have anything Halloween to make anything with. All of you are great & thanks for sharing all your ideas with us.

Thursday is my new favorite day of anna’s blogs. It shows all of anna’s dies at their fullest. We can see how many ways to use so many dies for many different occasions. The train is a perfect example. A Halloween, Christmas, birthday and so on . The woody wagon into a red truck . Your sharing of all of your followers work is phenomenal marketing , we can actually see what an average crafter can actually do . One word for this week presentations ELECTRIFYING!!!.
