Craftspiration- May 4th, 2023
Hello crafters,
Are you ready for your weekly dose of crafting inspiration? Our community is always hard at work to make beautiful paper projects for all of life’s occasions. From Mother’s Day cards to special birthdays, baby showers and more, we love to see what you have created each week.
Feast your eyes on the lovely things posted on our social media pages this week!
Cindi posted, “This is my Mother’s Day card for my Mom who is 103! She is also an Anna, and she loves when you have a class… she sits in on it! This card was inspired by your Floral Vellum Cards tutorial. I also used the Compendium dies, the Diorama card and its butterfly dies. Since she is the “Queen Bee” of our family, I used the Crown dies and a bee from I can’t remember where! I love the vellum and she loves gold so we’re both liking this card. Happy Mother’s day!”
Tina shared, “Happy Mother’s Day to my daughter!”
Gorgeous work, Tina!

Roxanne shared, “I watched Anna last night on HSN & was inspired to get out the Birthday Celebrations Box to make my niece a card. I absolutely love the flowers & the colors in this box. I also used the new layered flower 3D die set. The details are unbelievable! I love this set.”
Mary Beth asked, “Are we all ready for the big day (Saturday, May 6th)?? Get up early before C@H3 starts to watch the festivities! Modified An AG Cricut “bows” file for the background and Crown die set…fit for a King?”
This card is perfect for the coronation, Mary Beth! So regal!

Beth shared, “Well in the niece and nephew department #58 is on it’s way . My niece Elizabeth was admitted this morning for induction. She received her first dose of Pitossen at 10:00 am. We know she is having a little boy . Now it’s a waiting game . The New Baby Carriage Easel dies arrived 2 days ago . Just in time for me to create a 3D baby Carriage. Once I know the name and date I can add it to a tag on the reverse side of the carriage . AG dies used for this project : Baby Carriage Easel Die Set, Anniversary Paper Trick Folders (for the canopy) Baby Icon Cut and Emboss Folders, Square pop out dies (for the blanket) 3D Fancy French Frames center oval and circle, and the small center circle from the 3D Ribbon Edge Card Layer Dies. AG papers: Basket Cardstock , Fancy Flocked Card Layers, Blue , White and Gold double sided Metallic Cardstock .
Spectacular card, Beth! Congratulations to your family!

Mary wrote, “I got my new baby carriage dies and had to try them, of course. A friend asked me to make a card for her great niece’s baby shower. She’s having a boy.”

Barbara posted, “An Anna Griffin quilted purse filled with a mini home made May Day Card and blossoms from a Korean Spice Viburnum.”

Sheri shared, “I’m having a lot of fun decorating my purses.”
Laura shared, “All AG product. Carte Homme❤️”

I just love how the options are endless when getting an Anna Griffin die set! Tha baby carriage is a perfect example! Looking forward to getting that die set and creating!
Oh my goodness, I am so amazed at the talent!
I love, love the baby carriage and that 3D one is amazing!!
Love All the beautiful cards!! I especially love how Beth used the paper trick die for
The baby carriage canopy. What a beautiful presentation.
Every one of these projects is just amazing! All of you are inspirations, on top of the Inspiration Queen – Anna herself. I get so much from looking at all the posts, classes and even the sales pages – a lot of ‘Inside the craft box’ when you click on an item.
On a side note, this weekend was fabulous!!! I got 20 pages done – now to find the pictures I want to use for the gorgeous layouts we did. Thank you Anna, and Thank you to your hard working staff!
Have a good day all!
Spectacular and inspirational! Looking forward to Tuesday! ❤️😊
Cute to the.max
They are all lovely. As always great ideas and colors. Always take me to a different world in crafting.
Still my favorite post of the week. So much delicious creativity.
Always amazed with Beth’s creations.
So far behind on the blog posts!!! But it’s fun to catch up on.
Happy Crafting!!
Beth’s baby carriage really got this blog posting lots of comments! She is one of Anna’s superstar crafters for sure. I’m still thinking about new die ideas and, not sure if Anna did this before, but what about a Windmill? It could be a pulley card with tulips in the front, or if it’s The Hamptons, hydrangeas. And maybe an embellishment of a bicycle with a basket, with flowers of course. Or the bicycle could be an easel card on it’s own. Or how about a sailboat with the sails popping up. I can’t wait to see what Anna comes up with next!
WOW! Everything is spectacular! Thanks so much for sharing to be posted! 🙂
Everyone’s cards are so Beautiful. I Love all of them.
Beth’s card is to die for, what products are needed to make such a beautiful card?
I would really love to add the men’s does to my collection, I was just telling my friends that is one thing I was missing. And these look very manly.
I have just seen your baby carriage cards on Facebook I would love to be able to make one. Where can I buy the die set from please
Lovely, lovely cards and projects. As a suggestiion for other designs, It’s Oaks Day at Churchhill Downs here in Louisville, Kentucky. Tomorrow is Derby Day. I would love Anna and her team to design some Horse related Dies or Cut & Emboss Folders along with lovely printed Cardstocks of Horses and such….. Derby Shirts, Banners, Racing Buggy”s of Long ago, Horse Stalls and tacks for the horses, riding gear, Winners trophies , etc. . Kentucky is Horse Country and I would love to have some products that could be used all year long for cards related to Horses.
OH MY!!! Every single one of these beautiful examples of cards and other beauties ate above and beyond. Anna, from you and your fabulous team inspire us to be creative to tge max!!! Thank you so much for sharing.
Outstanding work from outstanding minds! Beth’s baby carriage is incredible! Love it all.
wow wow.. some beautiful creations.
Gorgeous cards; love the baby carriages!
Wow!! So many amazing, gorgeous cards. Thank you everyone for sharing. I don’t know which one to try to copy first.
What gorgeous projects!
They are all gorgeous! THank you for sharing.
What beautiful cards!! I am partial to the baby carriage since I will become a Great Grandmother in July.
Lovely Mother’s Day cards as well.
New babies and weddings! Is there anything better in a family? We’ve learned how to create beautiful cards for the wedding couple, and the bridal shower–NOW, we can create one-of-a-kind baby carriage cards and projects, too! What a FABULOUS new easel card die set, Anna! I would love to win and make baby carriage cards! Yes, Anna Griffin inspires my heart and my mind, and I’m grateful!
I like the idea of the Mary Cecily Barker fairies. I looked at my dresser and had an idea, what about perfume bottles? Some are beautiful and others are iconic. They could be more of a paper project and 3-d. Vellum to represent glass, and maybe even those honeycomb items from the pulley cards, to have on an atomizer version. The labels could be the sentiments, florals and gold flourishes all around…what woman doesn’t like perfume?!
-
Love your idea of the perfume bottles Cindi . And a shout out to your marvelous mom . God Bless her , 103 amazing . She will love her card .
-
What a great idea! Hope Anna and her staff follow through.
Beautiful cards.
These cards are so inspiring. I’m going to my craft room asap!
These cards are always delightful, well designed and extremely creative.
You mentioned suggesting ideas and for the longest I have envisioned pretty little fairies like Mary Ceicly Barkers. I have 4 granddaughters and I‘ve been looking for well designed children that are similar to her drawings of the Fairy Children among the flowers. I can’t think of anyone who could create such lovely designs like that better than the way you and your team does.
They could change for every season, and become Christmas elves. So much potential!
AWESOME craftspiration!🤩👏🏽👏🏽 Great work Griffinites!🎉💃🏻
#WEAREANNAGRIFFIN 🙋🏻♀️💜
All are gorgeous 😍 thanks for sharing.
Beautiful work! Love the creativity!
Everyone should be so proud of themselves for their Anna inspired creations. They are all unique and beautiful makes from the heart. Thanks for sharing
I just received the Purse die today, cannot wait to make some of these for Mother’s Day. Love everyone’s creativity, however, I am blown away on the 4 sided Baby Carriage, I would love to have a tutorial on how to do that for sure as that would be a true hit at a baby shower.
Anna, you said you wanted some ideas so here goes, how about some dies for cards for Cinco De Mayo, Dia de los Muertos (as both of those are such colorful holidays and both have a lot of flowers involved too) and also how about some for Labor Day cards and Back to School to send cards to teachers. Also how about some summer activity dies for cards & scrapbooks for things like Bar-b-Q’s, pool parties, luaus and vacations to National Parks or camping with tents, picnics, picnic baskets & picnic tables and rivers and with woodland creatures. Also how about a beach vacation or cruise vacation to places such as Hawaii, Caribbean, Bahamas. Also think it would be awesome if you were ever able to get a partnership with Disney, as would love to have some dies for Disney themed cards and scrapbook pages as I am a true Disneyholic for sure.
Thanks again for sharing
Ella
LOVE!
Wow! These cards are amazing! The baby buggies are out of this world and the purse is also incredible! All are gorgeous but those three were my favorites and wish I could do that. I make cards but not like these. I purchased the purse die’s, mine won’t come out like that but awesome inspiration. Thanks for the great eye candy and ideas.

Wonder creations everyone! Oh to be so gifted with such beautiful talent, you all are surely blessed! I can only wish to create something so beautiful.
I received my quilted purse dies in the mail yesterday and I’m anxious to see if I can do it justice lol …we shall see.
I was wondering if anyone has suggested dies or embossing folders for those in the medical field ie: nurses, doctors, technicians etc. to use for national nurses day or to send a thank you for their great service and support especially during difficult times while caring for love ones and/or friends. Thank you for your consideration Anna and team!
Have a blessed day!
These were all so fabulous!
Lovely cards, as usual, but I’d be remiss not to mention something even more lovely…. Beth’s new Nephew. Congratulations to you, Elizabeth and your family on the new little boy🧷🍼👶

Hello Anna & Greetings to all the Griffinites
It is always a treat to see what everyone creates. Today, is no exception with all the lovely Mother’s Day cards, decked out baby carriages, regal crowns and everything in between. Thanks for sharing 🙂
Blessings
Beth Turchi’s baby carriage creation is absolutely stunning.
-
Thank you Kathy.
Anna,
My late father in law, my husband and his brother were all volunteer firemen. My father in law, Sam, was the Fire Chief.
I would love to see you create an old fashioned firetruck easel die.
For our brave fire fighters.
Children always love to visit the fire stations to visit the firemen and have a chance to climb aboard the firetruck.
Embellishments could include a bell. a fireman that can fit into the driver’s seat. Another fireman could be added to hold onto the truck or be ready to man the additional embellishment of the fire hose.
Perhaps an embellishment ladder to add dimension to the firetruck.
Embellishment tires.
Thank you for your consideration.

That baby carriage is spectacular. I just love the creative people on this site! Thanks Anna for all the inspiration for our lives.
Thank you for sharing my baby carriage card! I would love to have a bird cage easel. It would also be great to have add-on sets, to go with the easel dies, that would include appropriate sentiments and embellishments.
