Hi Griffinites,

We want to start by saying how much we enjoyed our Merry Craftsmas shows on HSN this past Tuesday. It was a creativity packed day and we hope that you had a great time crafting along with us, and getting something new to create with! We featured both birthday and holiday crafting items and we know that you are going to make the most incredible cards, scrapbook pages and paper projects with all of the things in your craft room.

We perused our social media to see what was created and shared this week; as always we were so inspired by the variety of crafts on display. We are so lucky to be in such good crafting company!

Jan said, “Finally finished my box of Rocking Birthday Cards. Heavily embellished and still had a lot of leftover flowers.”

Becky Jo wrote, “I love your rub on’s.😍 I’m working up to a card at a time. And since I haven’t mailed this one, I’m going to go add the matching rub-on’s to the inside & one to the envelope. Thanks for inspiring reminder.”

Diane posted, “I didn’t know rub-ons could be so pretty. I’d like to try them. Here’s my Sunday share this week: All this was put on a vellum card of Anna’s and I used the cut & emboss Rococo Die in white pearl paper on top of a navy shadow background, a hummingbird and cobalt blue rhinestones for a little bling! Cards always look better in real life!”

Nicole said, “This Cutie Patutie was created today at PA Griffinite’s monthly CGT. It’s for a beautiful friend who loves the color green & could use some love & encouragement!”

Dayle wrote, “The rub on are so pretty. I just finished a scrapbook page based on Tuesdays charm school. I so love the canton Bleu. It works so perfectly on pages I am making for historical places we visited.”

  • Thanks for selecting my photo for this week’s Craftspiration blog. The rocking birthday card kit was a little intimidating. After two earlier tries, I gave myself one more attempt. I’m so glad I did. Once I got in the groove, I really enjoyed making them.

  • FROM WHERE DO THESE PEOPLE GET THEIR INSPIRATION. I AM SO JEALOUS; I HAVE NO TALENT, THAT’S WHY I TRY TO USE THE CARD KITS TO TRY TO MAKE THE BEAUTIFUL CARDS INSIDE; I CHEAT; I COPY THE ONES ON THE PROJECT SHEET INCLUDED. SORRY. I HAD TO BE HONEST.

    • We learn All from Anna. She has many many videos , classes, u tube, on her blog …. to help and show us all from the beginner to the seasoned card maker
      ( yes! The seasoned crafter can and do learn new “ tricks” ) !!!💗

  • I had HSN on all day while my granddaughters & I crafted at “grandma camp”! I loved all the Christmas cards & a special shout out to Nicole for her bird house. I am still “playing” with that bird house die. I just got my order & the Christmas Botanical paper is even better in person! Thanks to everyone who created & posted something!

  • Love all of the cards and scrapbook pages, especially Mary’s Christmas Flower shop, Donna’s mother-in-law card and Jan’s tour de force rocking birthday cards. Wonderful!

  • I get so inspired with your craftspirations. Then as I work on my cards, I realize what I’m missing to craft them. I am currently starting my Christmas cards and I always run out of poinsettias. Could you create a sticker folio of poinsettias in about 3 sizes? One inch, two inches and three inch sized poinsettias would be ideal for Christmas crafting. Cutting dies are also a suggestion.

  • I had a ball going broke – wish I could have afforded more but when I hit my $500 limit that was it. So many new things to look forward to working on. It’s going to be a busy next few months working on everything. Hope everyone enjoyed HSN show as much as I did !!!

    HSN Merry Chraftmas on Tuesday kept me online all of the day. Oh my goodness, that Secret Sale had incredible values. My resolve to “not overshop” turned into “I’d be a fool not take advantage of this sale.” Yes, I overshopped and so happy I did it thinking about my 2023 two boxes like two silos needing to be filled with more crafty goodness. My question for you, Anna, is regarding the mini-sentiment stickers destined for the new Cartouches Cut outs. The Christmas silo needs an exclusive set of merry mini-stickers. Oh, and thank you for the amaryllis stickers this year. So good.
