Craftspiration – February 24th, 2022
Hello,
Thursdays are for inspiration, and today there are so many amazing spring projects to share! From dimensional embellishments to St. Patrick’s Day cards and even explosion boxes, there are so many different techniques, tips and combinations to get your creative juices flowing. We are sharing lots of beautiful paper projects from Sunday Share to our Finishing School Community. There’s nothing that we love more than to see how you are using our products to touch lives, celebrate birthdays, anniversaries and more. Thank you all for sharing these wonderful creations this week!
Vanessa shared, “I wanted to make some Easter egg shakers for future use. One thing lead to another and I ended up making a couple coordinated Easter embellishment sets!”
Jimmie posted, “My version of the Salon Class! Love the classes Anna! Can’t wait to do the next one!!”
Robert said, “Combined Carte Noire and Finishing School and ended up with more fun than I had since the last Finishing School! There are nearly unlimited options with this card making technique.”
Here is the inside of Robert’s card!
Debbie wrote, “I have been trying to make a card everyday. I just watch videos in Finishing School & choose a variety of products & dies. No two cards have been the same.”
Deborah said, “My SIL is having a birthday next week and I made a card for her from our Simple Shutter Card Kit… they really are easy and simple… the florals and flourishes are from the kit, as well as the butterflies, which I colored with alcohol markers.. then I added a wreath and some China Cabinet florals to the belly band!”
Nita shared, “Birthday Cards for my 16 year old twin grandchildren.”
Happy birthday to them both! They’re going to love these cards!
Pat wrote, “Thankful to be back crafting after a week of sinusitis! Enjoying this gorgeous lucky paper pack and embossing folders!”
Glad you are feeling better!
Linda Goblirsch shared her cheerful St. Patrick’s Day card!
Pamela said, “Here is my attempt today to create a note of encouragement in a card from the Celebration Finishing School Kit, another use of this pretty kit.”
Dayle posted, “My first attempt on making this type of card. I need to work my box construction skills. This is going to be a Mother’s Day card. The lovely lady in the picture is my Grandmother.”
This is so lovely!
Adina posted, “I watched Anna make her box on Finishing School Live. I decided to try it. This is how mine turned out. Now it is hanging on the wall.”
Terry said, “This is my first Carte Noire card. This lovely kit has all the makings to create stunning cards! Also featuring the Doily Dies.”
Clare shared, “Having a go at a card from Finishing School Live, without having the Lucky For All set. Who knew I had so much green? I hot foiled the Victorian dies layer to get a green & gold layering piece. In the background, I cut the With Love layer in half and spread it out to fill 7″. It’s good to be back making cards.”
Jane said, “Making birthday cards! Happy Sunday share from Autumn!”
Hi Autumn!
Donna said, “I have been busy making my St. Patrick Day cards using the Lucky For All Paper Crafting Kit. These papers and embellishments add beautiful dimension and colors to your designs. Love this kit!”
Loraine posted, “An Easter version of the Finishing School Box card!”
Jane said, “Crafting with Anna Griffin Inc. papers & tools really make a difference. Love everything she creates for us to craft with . #beautifulinthemaking”
Carrie said, “Hi Anna! I am actually resting today, after presenting an Explosion Box to my Mother, yesterday, for her 80th birthday! There are 3 layers, with the bottom 2 layers, lined with family photos, that include 4 generations. The photo in the middle is my Mother. She loved her box, & said that she would always treasure it!”
Wow! This is so special!
Tina Webb posted, “The embellishments are so pretty in the Salon Nouveau Kit! No need to cover this one up with a sentiment. It will be on the inside this time!”
