We hope that you have had a beautiful week! Today we will wrap up Valentine’s Day projects and start to see lovely spring projects. We have St. Patrick’s Day, Easter and more! We are looking forward to seeing your bright and sunny projects on our social media channels!
Come swoon over the gorgeous works of art shared with us this week!
Donna said, “I am getting a head start on my Easter cards. These cards are similar but look different. Using different backgrounds and a Slimline Pocket die helped create the difference. Loving these new dies and their versatility! Happy Valentine’s Day friends!”
Ramona wanted to wish everyone a “HAPPY GALENTINES DAY!”
Shellie posted, “Your Galentine Shutter cards are FABULOUS, Anna Griffin Inc. ! This Superbowl game day, I’m playing cards, including these more ‘shabby chic’ styled, combining former and newer, using some altered and pre-made ‘parts’ from my scrap-box, too. The card at left includes ‘card base’ up-cycled from the front of an envelope made with handcrafted paper, and a pretty heart-postage stamp. It’s going to my big sister who still writes me letters, (and, also skillfully up-/recycles clothing herself, so she will appreciate gesture). By the way, I’ve always loved your pretty Harlequin Bows embossing folder, and I think it pairs very pretty with your more recent 3D Ribbon Edge die set!”
Tom shared, “Using mostly leftover scraps left on my desk for one last Valentine before the hearts morph into eggs— or shamrocks, depending…”
Sally wrote, “My son-in-law asked me to make an anniversary card to give to my daughter. It was Valentine inspired for sure.”
Tina wished us a “Happy Galentine’s Day!”
Susan said, “I made this card for Steve last year! I took a picture of Tinkerbell and made it into a black-and-white watercolor image with the app called “Waterlogue”!”
Darlene said, “Happy Valentines’s Day.”
Sandi, “Started on Easter cards today. I’m ready for Spring!”
So are we!
Diane posted, “Our niece just had a baby which makes our other niece, her sister, an aunt! That’s reason to celebrate! I really like how this card turned out and that is testament to how Anna’s products -old and new -really work together so very well!”
Pretty card, Diane!
Michele wrote, “Using a pattern from one of my favorite Charm School videos, I made this card for one of my dearest friends’s birthdays. She really encouraged my card making when I first started. The first year I was making cards, she and another friend got together and purchased me a huge box of Anna Griffin products for Christmas!”
Lovely card, Michele! Great use of pattern, color and texture!
Adina said, “Anna’s class on today’s blog really got my creative juices flowing.”
This is so creative, Adina!
Melissa posted, “Wishing everyone lots of love today! Spread the love and share it with everyone around you. 💗 Started this card with animal print foil, then added foil corner die cuts, the Ornate Slimline Concentric Die, and various cut and embossed hearts. I cut around the scraps from another heart die cut to create the raspberry foil outline hearts. And of course pink pearls to top it off! Happy Valentine’s Day!”
Heidi wrote, “This is using Valentine Perfect Pattern cardstock, 3D fantastic fan dies, smitten paper, metallic pink paper along with raspberry foil cardstock. The crochet hearts embossing folder from Love/Easter collection. Happy Valentine’s Day.” 💗
Tiffany said, “Finally figured out how to post photo’s I took with my phone of my Valentine’s day cards. Enjoy! I enjoy each time I see people posting their creations. Inspiration begins with creation! Thank you all for inspiring me.”
These are great!
Kaye said, “My nephew & his wife recently had a baby girl. My niece-in-law does not like pink so this is what I came up with. (Please forgive the fact that it’s not very original. I was having a major brain fart 😜 and had to use cards I’ve seen posted elsewhere for inspiration.)”
This card is lovely, Kaye! Congrats to your family!
