Craftspiration- August 4th, 2022
Hello friends,
If you haven’t been able to see all of the incredible things that our crafting community has created this week, never fear! We have compiled many of them here to share with you and inspire your crafting. Along with gorgeous everyday projects, we rounded out Christmas in July by showing off holiday projects on this past Sunday’s share on Facebook. Take notes today, because there are lots of ideas to inspire your projects!
Shirli said, “A helpful tip about bows. There are times when affixing foam squares to the loops is not practical, In these instances I use Penflair (silicone glue) to the back of the knot. Best to let it dry overnight though.”
Thanks for the tip!

Beth shared, “Today I made a baby card for a dear friend’s daughter who just recently gave birth to twin boys. I added a pocket to the back of the card to hold a gift card. AG products used in the making of this card : Hot Air Balloon Easel Dies, Baby’s Icon cut and emboss folders, mini pocket dies, By the Letter Dies, Celebration Chest stickers , Castle Card stock , Blue shiny foil card stock, yellow metallic card stock and matte gold card stock.”

Frances posted, “I had to get started on making these cards with the Hanukkah dies for my Jewish friends!”
These are lovely!

Dayle wrote, “I used Treillage card base, delicate engraving card toppers and 3 dimensional butterflies.”

Marie posted, “My sister wanted an anniversary card for their friends 60th. He’s a deacon at their church so the church easel is perfect.”

Maria shared, “Here is my first attempt at making a card using the Nativity Easel Dies. I added lights behind the star that turns on when you press on Jesus in the manger.”
What a beautiful card! Love how it lights up in such a gorgeous way.

Mary shard, “I used an Anna rosette and a sentiment from another kit to finish this page. Wouldn’t it be wonderful if Anna had two Crop at homes a year?”
Ooh, that would be fun!

Great inspiration thank you for all the amazing ideas.

Hi Penny! It is the 3D Baroque Die!
Did you post part 2 of the birthday cards?
I love the new arch. It’s on my list to get.
Can’t wait to try to make some China Cabinet Christmas cards as lovely as those shown here.
Oh, my!! I love, love, LOVE the Arch Die set. The Gazebo is my all-time favorite, so this one would be second in line. Would love to win it.

all the cards are beautiful
Such talent!! Thank you for sharing so many beautiful works of heart.
Beautiful! Inspires me to start Christmas. Love the nativity with a light. Anyone know where you get those lights. I thought that was a great idea.
What an incredible display of gorgeousness 😍😍😍
Beautiful cards! I’ve been making cards from the Witchy kit for Halloween. But using the small foam squares on larger pieces like the dresses is time consuming. How about making 1” foam strips to cover more area & still give the raised look. It would be quicker & easier & less backing to pull off.
OMG! They are all beautiful. Good job everone!
Spectacular❣ I’m impressed by all of you talented people. I haven’t even made one Christmas card yet, 😕 but will have to get busy this weekend. Thanks for all the inspiration 🥰
Wow! These cards are beautiful. Thank you for sharing them. I’ve only been doing the cards since March and I am learning so much from viewing these amazing cards. All are so creative!
Hi I wanted to know if you will be doing a demonstration for the Kirigami dies. Please let me know if you did already where I can find the video. (It’s not on an HSN video I checked).

Lovely all!
Just Fabulous
What die was used on the last card with the wreath? Is it an Anna Griffin die and if so, is it still available? The card is very elegant!
-
It looks like Anna Griffin’s 3D Baroque Frame Die, currently available on her website. Also love that wreath and deep red bow against the gold!!
