Hello Griffinites,
Happy Thursday to you! Seeing your wonderful projects each week never ceases to amaze us! This week we started to see Mother’s Day projects pop up along with beautiful birthday projects, anniversary cards and more. Come see what was made and shared this week; you are bound to find something that inspires your papercrafting this week!
Jane wrote, “Good morning ! My Sunday Share is a Square Box Die | Shadow Box Card I crafted for my Aunt Queenie. There’s a photo in there of myself with my cousins and my brother. She absolutely loves the world of Anna Griffin and I wanted to create something super special for her, to send her sunshine & lift her spirits, and to show her she is loved! Additionally, I used Carte Noire paper crafting kit, the mini sentiment stickers, the Square Compendium Dies, plus the Cartouche Cut and Emboss Folders.”
She’s going to love it!

Sherry shared, “I took a break from making my quilted purses to make a card for my husband. This is a Simply birthday card (with a generic sentiment) added some magic using Concentric Card dies, some Favorite Flowers 3, Foliage and a Hummingbird. But the best is finishing it off with a Simply Card Stand to match the card. I LOVE THE CARD STAND!”
Wow, gorgeous! Great work, Sherry!

Becky posted, “Mother’s day card for my mom!”

Thea posted, “First time using the music theme! What a beautiful collection to work with.”

Yvonne said, “Making the Purse Box card is more fun than cleaning house lol!! For this one I used the Juliet pink and black stripe card stock. Embellished with pink Mascara Roses and several butterflies. Inserted a flat card with the sentiment Each new day is a special Gift. Open it! Celebrate. Enjoy it! Happy Mother’s Day.”
Pretty, pretty!

Terry shared, “Happy Sunday friends! I’m working on Mother’s Day greetings with the adorable purse dies. I loved the idea shown last Thursday in Finishing School of using the Doily Dies for a handkerchief. Placing lipstick, mirror, & hand cream inside. Sure to make a mom feel special!”

Susie posted, “Anniversary card for my Brother-and Sister-in-Law.”

Laura said, “Here is another handbag that I created as the front of one of Anna’s background cards. I am really having fun with the Luxury Quilted Purse Card Dies being creative with each one.”

Jane wrote, “Working on Mother’s Day cards. Love the slimline.”
The little hummngbird finishes it perfectly!

Tracy said, “This is a card I made for a childhood friend that recently reconnected with me.”

Stacey posted, “Been busy with some milestone anniversaries …”
Love these!

Mary shared, “I made this for a friend. He loves all things Chinese, so I’m hoping he’ll enjoy this. I got my easel stand dies today, so I made one so he can display it if he likes it.”

Dayle shared, “One more of these fun cards to make. I used the Annalise papers and embellishments for this card. So grateful for Anna’s tutorial.”
We’re so glad that you enjoyed it!

Kaye said, “This card is for a friend’s son who is in 6th grade. (They happen to have a dachshund named Dixie.) The patterned paper and sticker embellishments are from Anna’s Fifi & Fido Papercrafting kit. The “hello” die, embossing folder (to match the patterned paper!) and the solid papers are from Anna, as well.”

Karenbeatrice shared, “I made this card this weekend for a dear commuter friend who is retiring from the NYPD after more than 30 years! I used the Anna Griffin Antique Train Slimline Easel Card Die and fashioned it after the Metro North Train we commute into Manhattan everyday. I used Anna Griffin wonderful Black Matte paper from the Spooky Album, Matte Silver card stock, Handsome Matte Blue, Foil Flourishes Decorate Stickers in Silver for the smoke, my favorite Mascara Roses, and Simple Signature Cards which is perfect because its large enough for all 5 of us to sign. I hope the gang likes what I did and I hope Kate the retiree does as well. The trickiest part was getting everyones picture, sizing it and getting us in the windows. It was a fun card to make. This die really is versatile!”
Such a special card!

Elisabeth posted, “Here is my 3D version of the flower cart to celebrate the upcoming summer holidays. On one side of the cart Memorial Day on the other side The 4th of July . I just switch out the appropriate removable paperdolls for each holiday. I am fortunate enough to own a printer that copies and scans . I used the copy feature to enlarge and reduce certain AG diecuts such as the flags, Home of the Brave sticker and american eagle on a shield . I used wooden tooth picks painted gold for the flag poles . AG Dies used to create this cart :Flower Cart Die set , 3D decorative border dies, Rosette Cut and Emboss Dies. AG Ephemera used : FS Celebration Chest, Madison Collection of 25 titles ,tags and quotes, and Mini House Decorative Die Cuts. I used my Cricut to make the awning and sandwich board.”
We are always in awe of Beth’s amazing papercrafting!

Roxanne wrote, “I made this tunnel card for my brother & his wife for their anniversary. I used the swan for the tunnel inside & the sugar egg die set with the swan for the outside. The outside of the card is in the comments.”

Marianne said, “Made a gusset to make a larger gift bag plus did some paper weaving on the front. The butterfly dangle comes from the rattan style purse that came out a few years ago.”
Laura said, “Just a card made with all AG”

Stunning projects everyone! So much care & craftsmanship. Sweet!
So many beautiful projects! Thank you for sharing.
Beth , absolutely amazing, love you 4th of July inspired cart. Thank you to everyone for sharing your beautiful work.
WHEN I SAW THE VINTAGE CARS, I I HONKED MY HORN AND SPUN MY WHEELS. WOW! I AM 73 [COMING TUESDAY, 2 MAY], AND FROM ABOUT 7 OR 8 YRS. OLD, ALONG WITH SEWING, EMBROIDERING, AND CREWELLING, I PUT ANTIQUE MODEL CARS TOGETHER.
I NEARLY WHIP MY HEAD OFF MY SHOULDERS WHEN DRIVING DOWN THE ROAD AND SEEING A BEAUTIFUL VINTAGE VEHICLE PASSING BY. NOW, AS OLD AS I AM, CARS FROM THE 60S STILL GET MY ATTENTION. I HAVE A FRIEND WHO HAS A FEW ANTIQUE CARS, SO I KNOW WHAT CARD I WILL SEND HIM NEXT. I’M SO GLAD THAT YOU CAME UP WITH THIS KIT. ALSO, THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR INSPIRATION AND THE TRUE EXCITEMENT YOU SHOW WHEN INTRODUCING YOUR PRODUCTS AND EXPLANATIONS. IT’S FUN TO WATCH YOU LIGHT UP.
I HAVE TO ASK IF YOU HAVE EVER DONE A RURAL KIT? I LIVE IN THE COUNTRY. WE RAISE CATTLE, SOME HORSES, SOME DOGS TO WORK THE CATTLE, AND SOME GOATS. PEOPLE I KNOW WOULD LIKE THAT RUSTIC SCENE. EVEN PEOPLE WHO WISHED THAT THEY LIVED IN THE COUNTRY.
THANK YOU, ANNA, FOR YOUR TIME.
I can hardly wait for the shopping list to come out for the May 9th show. There are so many things in the 1st preview that I want. I am going broke!!

Wow! This is a great Craftspiration edition. I actually want Beth’s flower cart, it is spectacular! I actually thought the cart would be great for different Holidays and Beth achieved it even better than I had imagined. Can’t wait to see what she does for the Fall. All the cards make me feel in awe of how they achieve such great compositions, I struggle with that, and everyone has such great ideas. Thanks for sharing.

I have a lot of adult grandsons,so I need the men’s dies..it’s always hard to make young men’s cards.
All the purses 👛 are amazing! I especially love the Chinese card and the cute birdhouse. So much talent!
These are all so beautiful! There is such amazing creativity among the Griffinites. I am amazed at some of the designs that are produced from AG products.
I am a veteran and love the flower cart cards. But, everything was beautiful. Definitely makes you think outside of the box. I love the square box card with the picture. I love the simply birthday card with the black patent leather is gorgeous. I love the purse dies – I think I am going to have to order them. And the birdhouse reminds me of a coo coo clock my aunt had – so I might have to add that to the list and use my clock dies with it. The train card is a wonderful retirement idea. And my grandmother made quilts – so the paper piecing reminds me of her quilts. Thanks for taking me back down memory lane today. God Bless you all.
Thanks for sharing.

They inspire me to get busy making cards. I love my Anna Griffin collection but have had to spend time on health issues. Hopefully I will be free for the next few months. I’ve been planning on making my Memorial Day Floral Arrangements and creating cards with my Anna Griffin collection.
Crafting and creating in all forms is a wonderful way to spend time.

The train is such a wonderful idea to celebrate that person’s retirement and using the train that is where you all spend time with each other everyday will be a wonderful keepsake for the retiree. I love the flower cart for Memorial Day and July 4th…that die set can be used for every holiday and have seen so many wonderful examples of that and this is just one more. You did it again Donna! Thank you. Gorgeous dies and papers to let us create. I have purchased the flower cart box but have yet to use it. Right now I am making your beautiful Mothers Day cards and enjoying sharing with my granddaughter. But I am smitten with the purse dies and must have them. So versatile; they work we with so many different materials. It would be wonderful to receive them for free! I mean what woman doesn’t want another purse.
