Dear Anna Griffin,
I order the March Mystery Box thinking it would be a big box full of goodies like in the videos. But, to my disappointment I received a box half the size of the one in the videos and it contained only 5 items inside! I was so disallusioned and disappointed to say the least. I won’t be ordering any more mystery boxes from now on because I was left with a scam. Anna’s products are already way too overpriced compared to the items I can get on Amazon and Temu.

My orderAG2528244 was not complete. I received all but AG-080H-AL. That is the Analise fabric accessory set for $60.
I am a AG member I have never received an email about the second hand sale. Could you send me info.
Is there a phone number to reach someone about orders for the second chance sale orders? I’ve received 2 of my orders, one is missing an item and the other I received a scrapbook kit I didn’t order instead of the Empress machine I did order :-(
