Hello friends,
Happy Friday to you! It has been a busy week here in the office; from Create 10 prep to AGTV, we have a lot of crafting going on! We had many wonderful cards and projects that have come into our office this week, and you know we love to read to mail! We are so happy to be continuing with our Griffinites Give Create below; keep reading to find out if you are a winner.
Let's catch up!
Sherry sent two beautiful cards and a sweet letter. She sent a fall themed card with all of the harvest embellishments and a photo frame card complete with Paris green cardstock! Sherry wrote to say how much she enjoyed interacting with us on AGTV, and how much she is looking forward to Create 10!
Last week Michelle Watson in south Florida gave away a ticket for a crafter longing to attend Create 10. We are happy to announce that Erica Sommers, you are coming to Create! Please email us at RSVP@annagriffin.com to claim your prize. We are so excited to craft together with you!
This week, we have another ticket to give away from someone in our community who wishes to remain anonymous. She wrote, "I remember the first time I attended a Create. It was exciting, loads of fun and beyond my expectations. I want to share that experience and bless someone with a ticket. As I said, I'd love to make someone's dream of going to Create come true."
To win this beautiful gift of generosity tell us in the blog comments what it means to be creative, and what you look forward to the most by being a part of the event.
Good luck everyone! We will be reading your comments and choosing someone to join us at Create 10 thanks to our benevolent, anonymous donor! If you would like to sponsor someone to attend Create 10, please contact our customer service team! We will help you pay it forward!
Speaking of Create 10, you have less than 2 weeks to get your tickets! They are on sale on our website for $450 ($430 for AG Members)—no code required! Here is what Melissa, Laura and Annie Laura have to say about our yearly crafting event!
Whether we have heard from you 100 times, or if this will be the first time, we want to hear from you! Send a card to our office at 99 Armour Drive NE, Atlanta, GA 30324.
Love,
Anna

I’d like to share what being creative is to me because of my mom. She absolutely loves creating things and has continued to work on the Create projects after the wonderful weekends of learning and bonding the Create events are. Unfortunately, this year, neither of us are able to splurge on the event. A couple of years, we’ve purchased one kit for Mom to build, and I have been her sous chef (helping prepare the die-cuts). Her husband of 30 years suddenly left her 6 years ago with nothing but the roof over her head and savings. She has struggled to keep us afloat during this difficult time. She tried to have us a home together built to downsize. It’s 2 bedrooms and baths and a craft room! Well, we chose the wrong builder and have been struggling with getting the house complete to live in so she can sell her original home. Through all of this, we have gone through our supplies and continued to craft together. She has made scrapbooks of her siblings. She is the youngest of 9 and has only 1 surviving sister. We enjoyed going through old photographs and she built her pages around the beautiful pictures. We’ve made countless cards to share through birthdays, holidays, illnesses and deaths unfortunately. As budgets were suddenly tightened, she was not able to travel to her beloved Ohio to hug family in person, so there were phone calls and cards. Crafting is a respite and opportunity to be swallowed up in the creative part of your brain. We focus on the beauty, calmness and colorfulness; the practicality part of our brains are numb for awhile! After completing the task, we can feel accomplished of the job, enjoy the beauty and look forward to sharing thereby connecting with others. I would humbly put forth my mom, Karen Brelsford for a gift of Create 10. Thank you
A ticket to Create 10 would be gift of a lifetime and a dream come true. Making cards and other paper crafts is my “basket weaving”. I create 24/7, 7 days a week. With my medical issues, paper crafting is something I can still do and sending my creations to love ones, friends, makes me so happy. AG products are the best, especially paper and dies and online classes. I have been papercrafting for over 20 years.
Creating Art through crafting is my Spiritual expression. Ever since I read that creating something from nothing is the closest you come to understanding dirty I try to create something daily. I send many of Anna’s card Dies and embellished papers to excite my friends monthly! They all feel that it is a special Anna hug! They know how much I love them thanks to you! I would love to attend craft 10 to craft with my sister in law Mary Drew as we are Anna Adddicts and love to craft on our Anna craft days we have regularly. Thanks for all the Spiritual experiences.😅
Congratulations Erica you will have the time of your life!!!
Beautiful projects.
I think I may have met some of those Illinois Griffinites in the Craft Room during a Create Event.
So excited the boxes will be shipping in less than 2 weeks!!!!
Happy Crafting!
To be able to be a part of Create 10 would be so exciting. This year I became an AG member and I love the finishing school projects where I have learned so many fun ways to create. I would love to be a part of Create 10 because it would be my first time with you all to work and create such great products. If I were chosen I would be so grateful to meet new and fun loving people. It would be a dream come true. Thanks again for letting me be a part of the AG team and a crafter.
