2 fall cards with harvest embellishments

Fan Mail Friday - October 4th, 2024

Hello friends,

Happy Friday to you! It has been a busy week here in the office; from Create 10 prep to AGTV, we have a lot of crafting going on! We had many wonderful cards and projects that have come into our office this week, and you know we love to read to mail! We are so happy to be continuing with our Griffinites Give Create below; keep reading to find out if you are a winner.

Let's catch up!

Sherry sent two beautiful cards and a sweet letter. She sent a fall themed card with all of the harvest embellishments and a photo frame card complete with Paris green cardstock! Sherry wrote to say how much she enjoyed interacting with us on AGTV, and how much she is looking forward to Create 10!

Anne wrote to tell us all about what is going on in her life, and about the Illinois Griffinites meet up! We loved seeing you all together. Back Row: Wejphamd, Marge, Joyce, Beatriz, Yolanda and Anne. Front Row: Karen, Clare and Diane. Beautiful ladies! Thank you for the lovely fairy card and handmade wax stamps; they are wonderful and inspiring.
We are thrilled to hear from Karen in Arkansas for the first time! She sent an elegant and spooky Halloween card. Create 10 will be her third crafting event with us, and that she can't wait!
Bonnie, we just love this boo-tiful ghost purse card; it is fang-tastic! She watched our presentation on HSN, and decided that this would be the year that she would attend Create! She is looking forward to making treat boxes, cards and home decor ideas.

Last week Michelle Watson in south Florida gave away a ticket for a crafter longing to attend Create 10. We are happy to announce that Erica Sommers, you are coming to Create! Please email us at RSVP@annagriffin.com to claim your prize. We are so excited to craft together with you!

This week, we have another ticket to give away from someone in our community who wishes to remain anonymous. She wrote, "I remember the first time I attended a Create. It was exciting, loads of fun and beyond my expectations. I want to share that experience and bless someone with a ticket. As I said, I'd love to make someone's dream of going to Create come true."

To win this beautiful gift of generosity tell us in the blog comments what it means to be creative, and what you look forward to the most by being a part of the event.

Good luck everyone! We will be reading your comments and choosing someone to join us at Create 10 thanks to our benevolent, anonymous donor! If you would like to sponsor someone to attend Create 10, please contact our customer service team! We will help you pay it forward!

Speaking of Create 10, you have less than 2 weeks to get your tickets! They are on sale on our website for $450 ($430 for AG Members)—no code required! Here is what Melissa, Laura and Annie Laura have to say about our yearly crafting event!

Whether we have heard from you 100 times, or if this will be the first time, we want to hear from you! Send a card to our office at 99 Armour Drive NE, Atlanta, GA 30324.

Love,

Anna

Every first Saturday of October, enthusiasts from all over the world World, celebrate Card Making Day! I love the stories Anna tells during AGTV. And this is something very important to share will all our crafty friends! I didn’t know about this! I thought I had to share it with all my dear crafty friends!
To be creative is to get inspired, to have a vision, and to find the ways to turn that idea into something unique. To make a treasure that is a piece of someone’s mind and soul. What makes the difference from the ordinary.
I always craft by myself, none of my friends or family share my passion for crafting. I enjoy AGTV so much and her blog. How amazing this community is! So generous and welcoming. I would love to be able to be part of CREATE 10. Creating friendships for life. FINGERS CROSSED!

I spent quite a bit of time trying to decide how I could put into words what it means to be creative to me. I have such a sense of pride in my accomplishments and genuine amazement that “I” CAN DO IT. I spent my 50 years of work life thinking I could not create anything. When our retirement plans of traveling throughout the US National Parks and all State fell through because of my husband’s physical disability and inability to travel I knew I needed to find something to fill my time. (I clean house really really fast 😂😂). Then I saw a video featuring a beautiful lady in Atlanta and she said “ beautiful in the making”. Oh the joy when I discovered she was so right. I have attended a create event before but just couldn’t swing it financially this year. One of the highlights of an event for me is watching and listening to Anna’s quests who join via video. Beautiful stories and so inspirational.

I’m inspired every day to craft and create something that inspires and brings joy to others. What started out as a hobby has allowed me to express my creativity and has turned into a purpose through my card ministry. I believe that being a part of the Create 10 will help me to continue growing as a crafter. I believe I will be challenged, supported, celebrated, and sustained all because of the Create 10 experience. It would be my privilege and honor to be a recipient of the Create 10 gift.

When I’m being creative it’s like a form of therapy. It helps me relax and makes me happy.
